Dr. Starnes' journey in the field of veterinary medicine began at Marshall University, where she pursued her pre-veterinary education while excelling as a cross-country and track athlete. As a pre-vet student, she gained experience working in a research laboratory, a small animal clinic, and a primate research facility.

After graduating from Marshall, Dr. Starnes continued her academic pursuits at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine, where she earned her DVM. Demonstrating her commitment to public health and her interest in one health, she simultaneously completed and earned a Master’s of public health from the University of Minnesota.

During her veterinary studies, Dr. Starnes had several noteworthy experiences that shaped her perspective and deepened her passion for the field. She traveled to Ethiopia to work with natives and improve chicken husbandry, visited the CDC multiple times to learn about One Health, and trained at FEMA's Center for Domestic Preparedness. Additionally, she was awarded the opportunity to work with the West Virginia Department of Public Health on a statewide tick surveillance project that spanned both animal and human health implications, further solidifying her interest in the intersection of veterinary and public health.

After graduation, Dr. Starnes primarily worked in small animal companion medicine. In her early days of practice, she completed the "Power of Ten" leadership training through the WVVMA and was selected to participate in the AVMA's Veterinary Leadership Conference as West Virginia's Emerging Leader.

In addition to her academic and professional responsibilities, Dr. Starnes works one night a week at a veterinary urgent care clinic, serving pets in need, keeping her clinical skills sharp, and staying clinically relevant for technician students. She also enjoys shelter medicine and supporting animal rescues whenever she can squeeze in events. Additionally, she serves as the backup veterinarian for the Marshall University Animal Research Facility and the Hershel "Woody" Williams VA Medical Center Animal Research Facility.

Dr. Starnes vividly remembers the application process to veterinary school and the mentors who guided her along the way. Driven by a desire to replicate the excellent support she received, she has been mentoring and coaching students since her graduation, leveraging the popularity of her clinic for hosting veterinary students. Several pre-vet students have also sought her guidance, and she has helped numerous students navigate the admissions process.

During her time at Auburn, Dr. Starnes also worked as a tour guide during veterinary school interviews, providing her with a unique perspective on the stressful experiences faced by applicants.

As a California native, Dr. Tay ventured to the East Coast to pursue her undergraduate studies at Carnegie Mellon University. There, she graduated with University Honors and earned a spot on the Dean's List while completing dual degrees in global studies and biology. During her time at Carnegie Mellon, Dr. Tay was an active member of various organizations, including Delta Delta Delta sorority, Alpha Phi Omega Service Fraternity, and the Science-Humanities Scholar program. She also served as a live-in mentor for residential housing, a resident assistant, and an orientation counselor, demonstrating her strong leadership skills and commitment to community engagement.

Driven by her passion for children's health and education, Dr. Tay served as the president of the Global Public Health Brigades, where she developed an oral health curriculum for children in Honduras. This experience solidified her desire to pursue a career in dentistry, with a focus on pediatric care.

Dr. Tay's dedication to healthcare led her to the University of Pennsylvania. She continued to demonstrate her leadership abilities by serving as the vice-president of her class and overseeing the mentor-mentee pairing through the Big/Little sibling program. Dr. Tay's involvement with the ASDA at the local, district, and national levels demonstrated her commitment to the field, and her efforts were recognized with the Award of Excellence. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Tay worked at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Philadelphia's Chinatown, where she confirmed her passion for pediatric dentistry.

Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Tay gained valuable research experience, ranging from clinical cancer research at the University of Pittsburgh to a summer internship at Align Technology, the company behind Invisalign products. These experiences further improved her skills and knowledge in the dental field.

Drawing from her diverse background and extensive network, Dr. Tay has successfully guided numerous applicants in finding their perfect fit for dental school and pediatric residency programs. Her perspective, coupled with her passion for education and healthcare, makes her an incredible asset for aspiring dental professionals.

Dr. Agapis is a globally trained veterinarian, educator, and admissions mentor with over a decade of experience in clinical medicine, academic leadership, and veterinary education. She holds a DVM from the University of Thessaly Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Greece and a Master’s in veterinary medical sciences from the University of Florida, along with a graduate certificate in veterinary public health. She is board-eligible in both shelter medicine and preventive medicine.

She previously served as faculty at the University of Illinois, where she held multiple key roles including Coordinator of the Junior Surgery Program, Head of the Shelter Medicine Service, and Coordinator of the International Programs. During her tenure, she was repeatedly recognized for excellence in teaching, earning the Dr. Erwin Small Teaching Award and being named to the “Teachers Ranked as Excellent” list for three consecutive years. She also secured several grants to launch impactful community programs such as the Community Medicine Program, Community Cat Days, and Semi-Annual Shelter Training Seminars.

Now based in Greece, Dr. Agapis is the Founder and Head Veterinarian of AgapiVet, a full-service veterinary clinic she established on the island of Rhodes. The clinic began as a collaborative site for international spay-neuter missions and has since expanded to serve local families and pets through community outreach and mentorship. She also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Missouri, teaching in their online veterinary Master’s and technologist programs.

Dr. Agapis takes a nurturing yet strategic approach to coaching, viewing herself as a cultivator of potential. She believes in planting seeds of knowledge, nurturing students’ confidence, and equipping them to grow into competent, compassionate veterinary professionals. Dr. Lingenfelter's journey in dentistry began with a solid foundation in biology, earning a Bachelor of Science from Ohio State University. She then pursued a DDS at Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where she graduated magna cum laude. Dr. Lingenfelter completed an Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency Program at the Dayton VA Medical Center. This experience allowed her to refine her skills in restorative, fixed, and removable dentistry, enabling her to provide comprehensive and personalized treatment to her patients. As a practicing dentist and a member of the American Dental Association, Dr. Lingenfelter stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field, making sure that her students receive the most current and effective guidance.

Dr. Lingenfelter's passion for mentoring and guiding pre-dental students stems from her own experiences navigating the dental school application process. Having mentored both pre-dental and younger dental students during her time at Ohio State University College of Dentistry, she understands the challenges and opportunities that aspiring dentists face. Her goal is to help students gain confidence and showcase the best version of themselves to dental schools, maximizing their chances of success.

As a counselor, Dr. Lingenfelter recognizes that each student has strengths and challenges. She tailors her support to meet the individual needs of her students, ensuring that they receive personalized guidance throughout the application process. Her ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds and adapt her approach accordingly makes her an invaluable resource for anyone seeking to pursue a career in dentistry.

Dr. Heebner took a nontraditional approach to medicine, earning a bachelor's degree in German language and cultural studies and a minor in European studies from the University of Pittsburgh, where she graduated cum laude. She is familiar with what interviewers look for when they meet students on paper and in person.

Dr. Heebner has been actively involved in peer mentoring, application review, scheduling, MCAT/USMLE tutoring, and timeline guidance. She also has an extensive history in research and presenting, with multiple published articles throughout various journals. Dr. Heebner has been published in the Journal of Translational Oncology, the Journal of Clinical Oncology, the Journal of Child Neurology, and Neuro-Oncology. 

Dr. Heebner’s passion for mentorship and teaching is in part a result of her experience as an AmeriCorps volunteer in her freshman year of undergraduate education, where she saw firsthand how providing support and meaningful feedback can lead to tremendous personal growth and achievement. Mentorship is not only about putting together an application; it’s about realizing one’s full potential. Her interests include advocacy, medical student education, and curricular design.

After three years in full-time general practice, Dr. McDowell transitioned to relief veterinary work to foster continued growth, expand her clinical network, and achieve greater work-life flexibility. Working across multiple clinics has allowed her to collaborate with a wide range of veterinarians, technicians, and support staff, strengthening her clinical breadth and adaptability. Dr. McDowell currently works at a veterinary clinic that has been honored in the Grand Rapids Best of the West Awards for Veterinary Clinics. Her professional interests include minimizing patient anxiety in clinical settings, advancing preventive care, and supporting families through hospice and end-of-life decision-making.

As a veterinary admissions counselor, Dr. McDowell is committed to helping applicants discover their unique path, refine their application materials, and “keep the faith” even after setbacks such as a prior rejection. Dr. Patel earned his MD from Duke University School of Medicine, where he honed his medical knowledge and clinical skills. Following his medical school education, he completed a year of internal medicine residency training at Northwestern University, further improving his understanding of patient care and the healthcare system.

In addition to his medical career, Dr. Patel ventured into management consulting, working for McKinsey & Company. This experience broadened his skill set, helping him develop a strong sense of structure, organization, and problem-solving. These skills, combined with his medical expertise, allow him to provide comprehensive and tailored guidance to his coaching clients.

Currently, Dr. Patel is an integral part of Rhino Health, a cutting-edge healthcare AI startup specializing in federated learning. His involvement in this innovative field demonstrates his commitment to staying at the forefront of healthcare advancements and his ability to adapt to new challenges. Despite his work in the startup world, Dr. Patel continues to practice medicine, ensuring that he remains connected to the realities of patient care and the evolving landscape of the medical profession.

As a coach, Dr. Patel is known for his highly structured, organized, and logical approach, which reflects the skills he gained during his time at McKinsey and his medical training. What sets him apart, however, is his empathy and understanding. Dr. Dalmia's journey in medicine began early—he was accepted into an accelerated 8-year Honors BS/MD program in engineering & medicine at the Illinois Institute of Technology and Chicago Medical School, where he graduated with the highest academic distinction. During college, he was awarded a full-tuition Leadership Academy Scholarship for exhibiting outstanding leadership potential, trained in an intensive leadership development program, and graduated with a Certificate in Leadership Studies. He applied outside the program and attended the University of Michigan Medical School, where he was awarded the Dr. Edward G. Larsen Scholarship and the John Alexander Memorial Scholarship. This rigorous training instilled in him a deep curiosity about the intersection of science, technology, and patient care, a passion that continues to drive his work today.

After a transitional year where he was selected as Chief Resident, Dr. Dalmia completed his anesthesia residency at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School, where he not only gained extensive experience in critical care, pain management, and pediatric anesthesia but also distinguished himself as an educator, teaching anesthesia students in Ethiopia as part of a global health initiative. He was one of only 12 anesthesia residents nationwide to be awarded the SEA-HVO Fellowship, and first ever at BIDMC, to provide both OR and classroom teaching to Masters in Nurse Anesthesia students in Ethiopia for a month. He applied and was selected for one of 12 positions for the inaugural national ASA Policy Research Rotation in Political Affairs, with a focus on legislative and regulatory activities that affect the field of anesthesia. 

Following residency, Dr. Dalmia pursued a highly competitive pediatric anesthesia fellowship at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, where he further refined his expertise in caring for neonates, infants, and children undergoing complex surgical procedures. This included spending time in India as an Operation Smile Regan Leadership Fellow, performing and teaching pediatric anesthesia to anesthesiologists in Guwahati, India, at the Comprehensive Cleft Care Center (CCC).

As a Clinical Assistant Professor of Anesthesia at NYU Langone Medical Center, Dr. Dalmia played a pivotal role in training the next generation of anesthesiologists, mentoring over 200 residents and fellows while delivering high-quality care to thousands of pediatric and adult patients. His adaptability was exemplified during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, when he transitioned into a critical care intensivist role, leading teams in NYC’s overwhelmed ICUs to manage the city’s sickest patients.

Beyond the operating room, Dr. Dalmia has built a unique career at the intersection of medicine, education, and business strategy. He served as the Business Development Lead for US Clinicians at AMBOSS, where he was instrumental in expanding digital medical education resources to thousands of clinicians nationwide and played a key role in the $9,000,000 acquisition of the NEJM Knowledge+ QBank. His ability to bridge the gap between clinical expertise and healthcare innovation has also made him a sought-after consultant, particularly in guiding international medical graduates through the complex U.S. residency process with an impressive >90% match rate success.

Dr. Dalmia’s approach to patient care is deeply rooted in connection and trust. Whether optimizing a child’s safety before surgery, helping an adult manage obesity through sustainable interventions, or mentoring medical trainees, he believes in meeting people where they are and empowering them with knowledge and confidence. Beyond his work as a physician and mentor, Dr. Dalmia is a certified wine expert with an advanced Level 3 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust and is currently pursuing a Level 4 Diploma in Wines. A strong advocate for youth mentorship, he serves on the Advisory Committee for The Door, NYC’s oldest youth-focused nonprofit. Additionally, his love for the performing arts has also been a lifelong passion, having taken the stage in 23 theater productions throughout high school, college, and medical school.

With a unique blend of clinical excellence, business acumen, and a deep appreciation for the human experience, Dr. Dalmia is committed to making a meaningful impact on his patients, colleagues, and the broader healthcare landscape.

Dr. Argarwal graduated with a BS in cell & molecular biology before completing a medical degree at the SUNY Downstate College of Medicine. After medical school, he completed an internal medicine internship at Northwell Health and a residency in radiation oncology at SUNY Downstate, where he served as Chief Resident and led teaching rounds for students and junior residents. Dr. Argarwal later completed an advanced fellowship in prostate brachytherapy at the Chicago Prostate Cancer Center under the mentorship of one of the field’s pioneers.

Over his ten-year academic career, Dr. Agarwal served on the faculty at the University of Pennsylvania, where he led resident services, supervised clinical rotations, and mentored students interested in oncology and procedural specialties. He has lectured nationally on topics such as prostate cancer management, integrative oncology, and physician wellness, and has been featured on the American Brachytherapy Society Podcast, the Superhuman Podcast, and the Haitian American Nurses Association Radio Show. His writing has appeared in The Epoch Times, where he provided expert commentary on prostate cancer trends and screening.

Dr. Agarwal’s research includes peer-reviewed work on rectal spacing techniques for radiotherapy, highlighting the role of hydrogel and hyaluronic-acid spacers in improving patient safety and quality of life. His ongoing work focuses on education, innovation, and access to advanced therapies for prostate cancer. Today, Dr. Agarwal is a Field Medical Director at Evolent Health.

As an admissions coach, Dr. Agarwal draws on his experience teaching and evaluating medical students and residents. He understands both the rigor and the humanity of medical training. His greatest strengths as a counselor include helping students find their authentic voice, structuring a clear application strategy, and preparing them to speak confidently in interviews. His approach is calm, structured, and highly personalized—he builds detailed plans, provides actionable feedback, and teaches students how to translate their life stories into compelling applications that stand out.

Dr. Agarwal’s passion for coaching comes from years of mentoring in academic medicine. He especially enjoys working with first-generation, non-traditional, and career-pivoting applicants, helping them connect their unique paths to a future in medicine.

Dr. McKernan holds a Bachelor’s degree in health sciences and Master of physician assistant science from Gannon University, along with a Doctor of Medical Science degree from Shenandoah University. While at Gannon, Dr. McKernan was awarded the full-tuition President’s Scholarship, was named a Gannon Honors Scholar, received the Gannon Inspiration for the Next Generation Award, and was inducted into the Phi Alpha Honor Society. 

In addition to her leadership roles in multiple healthcare organizations, Dr. McKernan has served as a lecturer for the Ohio Association of PAs, Pennsylvania Society of PAs, Society of Dermatology PAs, and Ohio Society of Dermatology PAs. She also serves as the State Affiliate Liaison for the Society of Dermatology PAs and was recently published in the Journal of Dermatology PAs. 

Dr. McKernan’s passion for education and advocacy for the PA profession drives her enthusiasm to support prospective PAs in their graduate admissions journey. With her extensive experience in dermatology and leadership roles within professional organizations, she brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to her coaching. She takes a direct and holistic approach, ensuring each applicant is well-prepared and confident in their path to becoming a PA.

Dr. Cangemi earned a bachelor's degree in animal science with honors from the University of California, Davis, followed by a DVM from the University of Minnesota. She also gained valuable experience working at a small animal in-home clinic and as an overnight technician at the University of Minnesota while actively contributing to the Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA).

After graduating, Dr. Cangemi pursued a specialty internship focused on equine medicine at Anoka Equine Veterinary Services, eventually joining the practice as an associate veterinarian. Her dedication to integrative veterinary care led her to become certified in veterinary acupuncture through the Curacore School of Acupuncture. Beyond her clinical practice, she also served on the University of Minnesota's interview panel and excels as the internship coordinator at her current practice.

Dr. Cangemi has extensive leadership experience, having managed teams at both the UC Davis Equestrian Center and the Large Animal Surgical Research Facility. She is known for her positive, supportive attitude, dedicated focus on detail and organization, and genuine desire to help others reach their goals.

Dr. Cangemi is deeply passionate about guiding veterinarians and students, believing in the importance of nurturing their professional and personal growth within the veterinary community. With 10 years of mentoring experience, her coaching skills include helping students unlock their strengths during interviews, craft clear and compelling personal statements, and navigate professional situations with confidence.

Dr. Labkovich's academic journey began at the City University of New York, Hunter College, where she majored in biology and interdisciplinary studies as a Thomas Hunter Honors recipient. Her exceptional performance earned her the position of class salutatorian, with excellence in biological sciences. Her undergraduate research was recognized with the prestigious Jonas E. Salk Award.

Following her undergraduate studies, Dr. Labkovich broadened her horizons through independent studies at the University of Granada in Spain and as a Humanity in Action human rights fellow in Berlin, Germany. These experiences contributed to her global perspective on healthcare and human rights.

At the Icahn School of Medicine, Dr. Labkovich's passion for ophthalmology and value-based care delivery models led her to co-found Retina Technologies, Inc. She has acted as board secretary and head of clinical trials for the last five years. In this role, she was instrumental in developing a vision screening device and leading clinical validation trials.

Driven by her interests in innovation and global health, Dr. Labkovich pursued a Master's in global affairs at Tsinghua University in China as a Schwarzman scholar. During this time, she collaborated with the World Economic Forum to explore China's healthcare system and its potential for large-scale medical service delivery improvements.

Born in Colombia and raised in Florida, Dr. Moncaliano's multicultural background has shaped her perspective on healthcare and fueled her desire to support underserved communities. Her journey to medicine began when she developed a strong interest in science during high school. She pursued her undergraduate studies at Johns Hopkins University, earning a Bachelor's in molecular and cellular biology and serving as the President of Beta Beta Beta Honor Society. Following her graduation, Dr. Moncaliano gained research experience at the Sidney Kimmel Cancer Center, focusing on prostate cancer research and solidifying her commitment to pursuing a career in medicine.

At Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, Dr. Moncaliano served as the National Diversity Chair for the Latino Medical Student Association, demonstrating exceptional leadership and initiative and collaborating with leaders on various projects. She collaborated with leaders at CWRU, the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and University Hospitals on various projects. Her work spans curriculum development and research in critical areas such as diversity, equity, and inclusion, pediatrics, radiation oncology, and otolaryngology head and neck surgery. These experiences reflect her commitment to advancing medical education and research across multiple disciplines.

As a consultant, Dr. Moncaliano excels in helping aspiring medical students craft compelling application narratives and is a skilled editor. Her positive outlook and supportive nature drive her desire to guide future applicants through their journey to medical school. Before medical school, Dr. Ruelle earned a degree in anatomy & cell biology with a minor in Mandarin from McGill University. During her tenure at Hofstra/Northwell, she held multiple leadership roles in various clubs (LMSA, Medical French, Global Health), was a medical Spanish instructor to her peers, conducted clinical research in neurosurgery and diagnostic and interventional radiology, earned a certificate of special proficiency in point-of-care ultrasound. She also traveled to Uganda for a global health experience before graduation.

Passionate about helping medical students, Dr. Ruelle has mentored several students applying for diagnostic radiology residencies. Dr. Ebrahim graduated from Rutgers University–Newark with a BA in chemistry and a minor in biology—she was also a Phi Beta Kappa member. During dental school, she excelled academically and developed a keen interest in guiding future dental students. She also received the Joseph Pollack DDS Endowed Scholarship on behalf of Delta Dental and the RSDM.

Following graduation, Dr. Ebrahim began a career that perfectly matched her clinical skills with her passion for education, serving as a dental admissions counselor and dentist at Great Expressions Dental Centers.

As a dental admission counselor, Dr. Ebrahim firmly believes that each applicant possesses unique strengths, experiences, and aspirations that deserve to be highlighted. Her counseling philosophy revolves around fostering a supportive and empowering environment where applicants can showcase their authentic selves and present their candidacy most compellingly. 

Dr. Ebrahim is an expert at crafting personalized application plans tailored to each applicant's profile and goals. Throughout her dental school journey, Dr. Ebrahim guided numerous aspiring dental students to successful admissions into top-tier dental programs at New York University, Temple University, Rutgers University, and other schools. Witnessing their dreams become reality fueled her passion for empowering the next generation of dental professionals. Dr. Ebrahim has worked with students from diverse backgrounds, ages, and skill levels and fosters a supportive and encouraging learning environment where they feel motivated to excel and navigate the dental school admissions landscape.

Dr. Lingaya completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Michigan–Ann Arbor, graduating with university honors from the Honors Program with a dual degree in evolutionary anthropology and biology. As an undergraduate, he pursued research domestically and internationally, including fieldwork in rural Ghana and global health exploration in the Middle East as a Marsh Fellow. His diverse international experiences formed the cornerstone of his medical school application, earning him admission to 13+ institutions. 

At the University of Michigan Medical School, Dr. Lingaya was awarded the prestigious Hymen Oren Scholarship—a full-tuition merit-based award recognizing future leaders in medicine. He also served as a Graduate Success Partner for five years, acting as a mentor to undergraduate pre-med students at the University of Michigan and guiding them through the admissions process.

As a first-generation college student and immigrant from the Philippines, Dr. Lingaya’s commitment to admissions consulting is personal and mission-driven. The mentorship he received throughout his medical education journey played a pivotal role in his success. He is passionate about paying that support forward, particularly to students navigating similar barriers. 

Dr. Lingaya believes that every applicant possesses a distinctive "hook", or a compelling element of their story that, when strategically articulated, can capture the attention of admissions committees. Drawing from his experience on the admissions committee of a top medical school, Dr. Lingaya helps applicants uncover and elevate the qualities that set them apart.

Dr. Kirsch graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science, demonstrating his academic prowess from the outset. He was then admitted to his top-choice medical school, where he continued to excel. Dr. Kirsch scored in the 95th percentile on the USMLE and 99th percentile on the COMLEX exams and also achieved the highest scores on the Pediatrics and Family Medicine Shelf exams.

Following medical school, Dr. Kirsch was accepted into a highly competitive neurology residency program, which he had ranked first overall. His dedication and patient-centered approach were recognized with the Intern of the Year Award. Dr. Kirsch's commitment to education and patient care was further acknowledged with both the Medical Student Teaching Award and the Foley Award for Patient Advocacy and Professionalism. 

Additionally, Dr. Kirsch completed an epilepsy fellowship at Case Western, and he was recognized with the Hans Lüders Epilepsy Award and the Pediatric Neurology Award. Now board-certified, Dr. Kirsch will be working in Missouri. 

As a consultant, Dr. Kirsch's greatest strengths lie in his deep knowledge and experience in the medical field, his ability to break down complex concepts into understandable terms, and his talent for guiding students and physicians through each step of the application and training process.

Dr. Issac graduated from the University of Minnesota with a major in biology, society, and the environment and a minor in the history of science, technology, and medicine. Growing up, Dr. Issac was very passionate about helping others which translated into countless volunteer opportunities and experiences exposing her to different fields of healthcare. Dr. Issac ultimately decided to pursue a career in dentistry after attending a six-week program called the Summer Dental School Experience, where she did extensive research about oral health disparities under the assistant dean for admissions and diversity at the University of Minnesota. 

During college, Dr. Issac worked as a pharmacy technician while continuously engaging in many extracurriculars, including serving on the pre-dental club board and volunteering at a local community dental clinic and her church. After graduation, she attended the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and was the youngest in her class. 

In her last year of dental school, Dr. Issac was selected as a student ambassador. In this position, she gave tours of the school to applicants, conducted interviews, and aided the admissions committee in selecting applicants they wanted to offer an acceptance to. This was a very exciting role for her as she advised aspiring applicants with the knowledge of the reality of what dental school entails. Since then, Dr. Issac has had a passion for helping pre-dental students in their endeavor for professional school and mentoring them throughout school. 

Dr. Isaac has experience mentoring and consulting students ever since her first year of dental school. She was very active in the pre-dental club at her university and knew many of the members who would often reach out to her for advice with applications, including personal statement editing and interview prep. Since graduating from dental school, she has assisted students both near and far with every aspect of the application process. 

Dr. Isaac’s consulting is extremely personalized. She takes extra time getting to know each applicant and determining how they can stand out from the crowd to present the strongest application possible. She is eager to work with students to help them achieve their dreams of becoming dentists, no matter their background, and is passionate about making students stand out as exceptional applicants.

Dr. Isaac’s greatest strength as a coach is interview preparation. She believes that being personable is one of her greatest assets and something that sets her apart from others. She has a simple strategy for admission that she is looking forward to sharing with students and answering any questions in detail.

During his undergraduate studies at Saint Louis University, where he earned a BS in cell biology and physiology, Dr. Jedlinski gained valuable research experience through an internship at the Saint Louis Zoo Institute for Conservation Medicine. After graduation, Dr. Jedlinski matriculated to the University of Minnesota, where he earned an MPH in epidemiology, focusing on foodborne and zoonotic diseases. While in graduate school, he was employed by the State of Minnesota Department of Health's Foodborne Illness Epidemiology Unit. Additionally, he completed a specialty internship with the Zoonotic Disease Epidemiology Unit of the Department of Health. His master's thesis was an epidemiological study of the risk of Salmonellosis among agricultural workers in Minnesota.

Dr. Jedlinski attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, where he received his VMD. During his time at PennVet, he participated in the Boehringer-Ingelheim Veterinary Scholars Program, a prestigious research fellowship that allowed him to work on developing a point-of-care, portable PCR diagnostic for equine infectious diseases.

Students Dr. Jedlinski has worked with have been accepted to top vet schools at Cornell, UPenn, Auburn, Tufts, and others. With his extensive academic and research background, he is well-equipped to guide students through the rigorous veterinary school admissions process. His firsthand experience navigating the application process, coupled with his expertise in various fields and time as an admissions representative, provides him with a specialized perspective to share with aspiring veterinarians. 

Dr. Pastewait is a Distinguished Graduate from the US Air Force Academy, graduating as the top cadet in the field of chemistry. He earned his first Master’s degree from the University of Maryland in College Park. Upon graduation, Dr. Pastewait worked as a chemist for the Air Force Research Laboratory for four years. In this role, he developed rocket propellant and deployed to Southwest Asia multiple times in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.

Upon his return, Dr. Pastewait entered the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine on the Health Professions Scholarship Program. At this time, he began mentoring and tutoring other dental students in both didactic and clinical courses. He was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon dental honor society. 

After graduation, Dr. Pastewait worked as a general dentist for three years before applying for an orthodontic residency. While attending the UNC Adams School of Dentistry Orthodontic program, Dr. Pastewait worked as a teaching assistant, mentoring dental students on growth and development as well as orthodontic fundamentals. Serving on the orthodontics admissions committee gave him a deeper understanding of what makes applications and interviewers successful.

His education and mentorship skills were further honed when he became the Orthodontic Course Director for an AEGD-1 program. Building on his previous residency admissions committee experience, Dr. Pastewait became an interviewer and selection committee member for the US Air Force AEGD-1 Program and Health Professions Scholarship Program. 

Dr. Pastewait has coached numerous applicants who have been accepted to top dental schools, including Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, the University of Florida College of Dentistry, Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, and many others. As an admissions coach, he draws upon his extensive research, education, and clinical experience to guide prospective dentists in their educational journey. His non-traditional path helps him to relate to applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences. Additionally, Dr Pastewait’s admissions knowledge makes him an invaluable resource for those seeking to build a competitive application for both dental school and dental residencies.
