Before starting her residency, she honed her skills by completing a clinical research fellowship with the University of Pennsylvania's Dermatology Oncology Center. Additionally, she has presented her research findings at major national conferences, including the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery.
Drawing from her own experiences navigating the competitive world of medical education and residency applications, Dr. Aizman provides personalized guidance to help students achieve their goals. Her passion for empowering the next generation of medical professionals is evident in her volunteer work as an admissions counselor at the George Washington University School of Medicine, where she dedicated two years to assisting students through the interview process before serving as an interview coordinator at Johns Hopkins University.
