Jasmyn enjoys hiking with her Great Pyrenees dog, practicing Pilates, learning new recipes, and traveling the world. She volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Triangle, and she loves to explore diverse experiences with her little sister.
Jasmyn's passion for guiding aspiring physician assistants stems from her own journey to becoming a PA. She grew up in New Jersey before relocating to North Carolina for her undergraduate education at Wake Forest University, where she majored in health and exercise science with secondary studies in Chinese and dance. She gained valuable hands-on experience as a certified nurse assistant in orthopedics and oncology, amassing 3,000+ hours of patient care before pursuing a Master of physician assistant practice at Campbell University. During her time at Campbell, she chartered the pre-PA club and mentored aspiring allied health students. Her leadership and dedication were recognized with honors such as the HPREP Scholarship and the Emerging Student Leader Award.
Having benefited from the guidance of a mentor during her own journey, Jasmine has since felt a strong calling to offer the same support to others. She believes in the power of collaboration and mutual support, as all future healthcare professionals will ultimately work alongside one another as colleagues. Students Jasmyn has coached have been accepted to numerous PA programs, including Campbell University, Emory University, Meharry Medical College, Wake Forest University, Loma Linda University, East Virginia Medical School, and others.
Her approach to coaching is highly personalized. Jasmyn takes great care to learn about students as individuals beyond their resumes in order to create tailored application narratives that truly distinguish them. She meets each student where they are in the application process, whether they are fully prepared with a near-perfect personal statement and a clear vision of their top-choice schools, or are still in the early stages of brainstorming and planning.
As a mentor, Jasmyn's greatest strength lies in her firsthand experience with the PA admissions process and her ability to share her knowledge and insights with students. Serving on Campbell’s PA admissions committee has given Jasmyn a deep understanding of the qualities and skills that top programs value in applicants. She also mentors new-graduate APPs at her workplace, further solidifying her commitment to supporting and guiding the next generation of physician assistants. She finds great fulfillment and energy in helping others achieve their dreams of becoming PAs and looks forward to working with each student on their special journey.

I was reapplying for the fourth time and I had finally accepted that this cycle was going to be my last. I signed up as a last hurrah in my 9-year journey to become a PA. I had gotten myself to the interview stage before but never made it off the waitlist. Inspira Advantage and Rahul were understanding of my situation. He would check-in and was very organized, always had a plan, and was very resourceful. Above all, he never gave up on me. He was always there and responded promptly to all my emails. He gave me invaluable insights and tips that ultimately helped me overcome my anxiety during interviews. He identified things that would make me a stronger applicant, things I never thought would have had an impact. I don’t know if I would’ve completed my applications this cycle if it weren’t for Rahul’s guidance and persistence.
If you’re looking for a mentor that’s open to working with you and your needs, then I highly recommend Rahul. Don’t give up! I’ll see you guys on the other side. You got this! Good luck! <3
The review sessions from Sara were really impressive. I was able to learn so much and improve my interviewing skills. This helped me convert three interviews into acceptances. I would recommend her to the other PA school applicants.
Choosing Inspira was one of the best decisions I made during the PA school application process. I was confident that the improvements my mentors and writers suggested improved my application, and I was able to highlight my strengths better. As a result, I got accepted to three schools. Cheers to Inspira for all the help!
Nidhi was an incredible help with the whole admission process. I went with the comprehensive package from Inspira (Combo 20). This covered the number of schools I was targeting and the advice I was looking for. It also came with 4 interview sessions which I felt weren't enough originally because I had calls from more schools than that. My counselor was happy to offer me additional sessions only for interview preparation. I appreciate the flexibility from their side and would recommend their services further.
I want to thank Inspira again for their assistance during the application process for my daughter, Emily. I am sure that the professional help helped her improve a lot. The changes they suggested took her application to the next level needed for a successful application.
Caroline helped me identify my best-fit schools based on my profile. They matched the list of PA schools I already had, and we were ready with the whole plan within the first two weeks. With her support, I quickly prepared all the required application documents. Would definitely recommend Caroline to my peers!
Having been rejected once, I was referred to Inspira for further advice. After my first session with Inspira, I was sure I made the right decision. Nidhi gave me some great points to improve my essays that I couldn't have thought of alone. With her help, I got accepted to two schools. Thanks a lot Inspira!
Inspira's consultants are not only professional but also empathize with you. I am grateful that I had the opportunity to work with Sara on my applications to PA school. Thanks a lot for all the help and support throughout the process.
Inspira's support and feedback helped me gain confidence to optimize and improve my PA school applications. I secured multiple acceptances, including the top 2 schools I was targetting.
