Dr. Mohammed S.

During his time at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Dr. Siddiqui was named to the Dean’s Honor List and received the Legacy Scholarship for his commitment to volunteer service. During medical school, Dr. Siddiqui served as an interviewer on the Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine’s admissions committee. 

Dr. Siddiqui completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at Temple University Hospital. As a resident, he provided high-acuity care, such as treating neuromuscular and chronic disability conditions. He also served on his residency program’s admissions committee as an interviewer. Dr. Siddiqui’s academic contributions include more than 10 published works across conferences, abstracts, and scientific journals, including the Journal of Cellular Biology and the Journal of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation & Disabilities. His research spans topics from sciatic neuropathy to oncologic transcription factors. 

As an admissions coach, Dr. Siddiqui draws on his extensive clinical and research background to guide applicants with clarity, authenticity, and strategy. His strengths lie in storytelling, consistent advising, and empowering students to articulate their unique journey into medicine. Dr. Siddiqui’s goal is to help students build compelling narratives that resonate with admissions committees.

Dr. Siddiqui is passionate about coaching because he sees mentorship as an extension of being a medical professional and being a source of guidance to the younger generation. Having navigated the journey himself and served on medical school and residency admissions committees, he understands the process immensely. Dr. Siddiqui brings humor, insight, and genuine care to every student he works with.
