Dr. Bradley is a board-certified family medicine physician with over 15 years of experience mentoring and coaching students toward their medical school and residency goals. She earned her MD from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine and completed her residency at Northwestern McGaw University. Dr. Bradley served as an admissions committee interviewer at both schools, directly evaluating hundreds of applicants.

Dr. Bradley earned her BA from Knox College before attending Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine, where she obtained her MD and a global health certificate. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Northwestern McGaw in Grayslake, Illinois. Originally from Chicago, Illinois, Dr. Bradley now resides in Las Vegas, NV. She currently works as a Principal Investigator at Novum Pharmaceutical Research Services.

Beyond admissions consulting, Dr. Bradley has had a diverse and impactful career in both clinical and research settings. She has worked as a primary care physician and in clinical pharmaceutical research, conducting Phase I clinical trials. She also has extensive experience in community medicine, including working at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) and a community hospital, serving many patients.

Dr. Bradley believes in helping students break down higher education barriers as they work toward becoming physicians.  Her approach to admissions consulting is structured, hands-on, and encouraging. Dr. Bradley’s experience in medical school and residency admissions provides her with a deep understanding of what top programs look for in applicants as she empowers the next generation of medical professionals.
