Tyjuan (Mekkhi) G.

Mekkhi graduated from Villanova University with a BS in biology, where he was on the Dean’s List all four years. His academic pursuits, involvement in extracurricular activities, and professional experiences have refined his interpersonal skills, adaptability, and insatiable curiosity. Currently, he is a dental intern at Chesterbrook Dental Associates.  With a strong interest in surgery, he brings adaptability and a problem-solving mindset to both dentistry and education, ensuring he overcomes challenges with innovative strategies.

With seven years of tutoring experience, including working with students with learning differences, college students, and pre-dental students, Mekkhi is dedicated to fostering self-confidence and long-term success in students. Specializing in DAT tutoring, he has developed a strong ability to support students individually and in groups. Mekkhi firmly believes in the power of persistence for every student to reach their target scores. He is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and support, ensuring that students excel in the DAT and achieve their academic aspirations. Students Mekkhi has tutored have been accepted to top dental schools, such as the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, Columbia University, and UCSF.
