Dr. Adjei offers students a unique perspective drawn from her experience evaluating applications and interviewing prospective students for both Tufts University School of Medicine and Cedars-Sinai’s General Surgery Residency Program. Her thoughtful, student-centered approach helps applicants confidently navigate the complexities of medical school and residency admissions.

Throughout her career, Dr. Adjei has been dedicated to supporting students, whether as a Faculty Advisor for the National Youth Leadership Forum in Medicine or as a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion ambassador during residency. Her leadership roles, including serving as Administrative Chief Resident, reflect her commitment to fostering excellence and collaboration in medicine.

In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Adjei has an active research portfolio with publications and presentations in transplantation and organ utilization, bringing a breadth of academic and professional expertise to her advising.
