Dr. Chien's journey in dentistry has been marked by exceptional achievements and a commitment to excellence. Starting at Emory University, Dr. Chien laid the foundation for what would be a stellar education in dentistry. During her dental school application process, she was accepted into seven prestigious programs, including the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston, where she ultimately chose to pursue her education. Dr. Chien's innovative spirit was recognized with an award from the Informatics Department for developing software to help students navigate clinic operations during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following her dental school education, Dr. Chien applied to eight Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) programs, interviewed at seven, and successfully matched to the AEGD program in Atlanta, Georgia. This additional training has further improved her skills and expertise as a general dentist.
