Dr. Fadie is a board-certified specialist in pediatric dentistry. She is an expert in working with children and is a speech and language pathologist. Dr. Fadie works primarily in clinical dentistry and lectures annually to pediatric dental residents. She has received the ADEA GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Preventative Dentistry Scholarship and the Dr. Alfred and Mrs. D. Suzi Osher Scholarship.
Dr. Fadie earned her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Iowa and her Master of Science in speech-language pathology from Emerson College before pursuing her DMD at Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. Her exceptional performance during her dental studies was recognized through her induction into the Honos Civicus Society and the receipt of prestigious scholarships, such as the ADEA GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare Preventative Dentistry Scholarship and the Dr. Alfred and Mrs. D. Suzi Osher Scholarship.
Following her dental education, Dr. Fadie completed her specialty training in pediatric dentistry at NYU Langone, further honing her skills in working with young patients. During her residency, she was selected for the Rhode Island Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Disabilities Program interdisciplinary Fellowship program.
As a leader in the dental field, Dr. Fadie founded and presided over a chapter of the Academy of Developmental Medicine in Dentistry. Before her dentistry career, she worked as a speech pathologist at Boston Children's Hospital, gaining experience working with children and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Throughout her academic journey and career, Dr. Fadie has been actively engaged in research, contributing to the advancement of knowledge in both speech-language pathology and pediatric dentistry.
