Medical School: University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School
Isha’s passion for mentorship began in college, where she tutored fellow pre-med students and underserved learners in the greater Cleveland area. She provided comprehensive support in science and math, while also guiding students through the MCAT prep and medical school application processes.
At Case Western Reserve University, Isha was heavily involved in biology research. She studied methods of bone growth in mouse embryos and factors that contribute to skull formation. Isha attended several conferences, including at Harvard Medical School, to present posters of her research. She has also given two talks on her research at national meetings on structural birth defects and regenerative medicine. Isha was honored with the ENGAGE Award from the National Center of Regenerative Medicine.
In addition to her research contributions, Isha gained extensive clinical experience as a dermatology medical assistant and clinical research coordinator. She led a project integrating artificial intelligence to track the progression of alopecia areata, presenting it at the Dermatology Innovation Symposium.
What truly sets Isha apart as an MCAT tutor is her dual perspective as both a successful test-taker and a former tutee. She understands the importance of tailored study plans, strategic passage approaches, and emotional resilience. Isha is committed to empowering students with the tools, mindset, and confidence needed to excel on the MCAT.
