Dr. Nick White, Dental School Admissions Consultant at Inspira Advantage

Dr. White is a board-certified pediatric dentist and courtesy assistant professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Florida College of Dentistry. He graduated with a DMD from the UF College of Dentistry and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Florida/Shands Hospital. Dr. White brings more than 10 years of mentorship experience, including serving on the dental admissions and pediatric dentistry residency committee at the UF College of Dentistry.

Prior to dental school, Dr. White earned a BS in health sciences from the University of Nevada, with a minor in business administration. His professional recognition includes the Charles Fain Pediatric Award, as well as his appointment to the Florida Board of Dentistry, where he’s currently serving as Board Chair and formerly served as Vice Chair. In addition to his teaching and leadership roles, Dr. White has owned and operated his private pediatric dental practice in Orlando since 2005. His extensive clinical experience allows him to provide realistic, informed guidance to students seeking to understand the professional expectations and opportunities within dentistry and pediatric specialty training.

As a counselor, Dr. White offers deep insight into dental school and pediatric residency admissions, shaped by his direct involvement in application review, interviewing, and decision-making across more than 500 applications. He is particularly skilled in helping applicants strengthen early candidacy development, refine their application strategy, and excel in high-stakes interviews.
