Throughout his career, Dr. Rabizadeh has gained extensive clinical and leadership experience, working in fast-paced orthodontic practices that serve up to 120 patients daily. He currently treats patients at one of the nation’s top Invisalign offices, where he has guided countless patients through successful treatments. His expertise spans a wide range of orthodontic systems and appliances, from traditional braces to advanced aligner therapies, temporary anchorage devices (TADs), and digital technologies, including Lightforce and 3D-printed systems. In addition, he has consulted on insurance appeals and adjudicated dental claims for Medi-Cal, giving him a unique perspective on navigating the complex insurance landscape.
Dr. Rabizadeh has contributed to orthodontic research at leading institutions, including UCSF, ASDOH, and California State University, Northridge, where he completed his undergraduate studies. His publications and projects focused on bone density in hyper- versus hypo-divergent patients, TMD symptoms, and carbohydrate-based experimental therapeutics. His work has been featured in the PCSO Bulletin, and he has been nominated for honors such as Invisalign Resident of the Year and JCO Resident of the Year. He has also lectured on oral health and cardiovascular disease for the nonprofit Mending Hearts and has been recognized with numerous commendations and awards for his academic and professional contributions.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Rabizadeh has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to service and leadership. He has served as an Executive Board Member of the San Fernando Valley Dental Society, a Special Needs in Dentistry Co-Founder and President at UCSF, and a volunteer for outreach programs ranging from Operation Smile in San Francisco to Great Shape 1000 Smiles in Jamaica. His dedication to underserved populations continues to shape his approach to dentistry and mentoring.
As a counselor, Dr. Rabizadeh draws from over four years of admissions committee experience at UCSF and ASDOH, where he interviewed and evaluated applicants, providing him with insider insight into what makes candidates stand out. Dr. Rabizadeh has guided students toward acceptances at top dental programs at UCLA, USC, NYU, and Western University. Known for his step-by-step strategies and ability to simplify the admissions process, he helps students build confidence and highlight their strengths through compelling narratives and well-prepared interviews.
