Dr. Ravi graduated with an MD from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley School of Medicine after completing her undergraduate studies in cognitive science at Rice University. She is a neurology resident at Houston Methodist Hospital, one of the nation's top-ranked neurology and neurosurgery hospitals. Dr. Ravi has years of mentorship and admissions experience with a strong background in research.

Dr. Ravi discovered her pre-med mentorship at Rice University. During her undergraduate years, she held leadership roles in the Rice University Pre-Medical Society and served as a senior interviewer on the university’s admissions team. In these roles, Dr. Ravi gained experience hosting various sessions and workshops for pre-medical students and conducting mock interviews for applicants. Dr. Ravi has 15+ publications, and her research contributions span cancer nanotechnology, head and neck surgery, and interventional neurology and stroke. As a resident at Houston Methodist Hospital, Dr. Ravi was awarded the American Academy of Neurology Medical Student Prize for Excellence and the Holzenburg Research Award for Research Excellence.
