Emily was a college senior at Northeastern University who realized that she hadn’t accumulated enough direct patient care hours for PA school. With little research and clinical experience, Emily decided that a gap year was the best way to take time and improve her candidacy before applying to PA school.
Emily was admitted to 15 of the 25 PA schools she applied to. She decided to attend Yale University’s PA program.
