Isabelle's academic journey began at Florida State University, where she graduated with a degree in psychology with a minor in biology and chemistry. During her gap year, she gained valuable clinical experience as a medical scribe in a Trauma 1 emergency room and a medical assistant in a pediatric gastroenterology practice. She also completed her Master's in public health at Emory University with a 4.0 GPA.
Isabelle graduated summa cum laude from the Morehouse School of Medicine PA program and had the honor of giving the commencement speech. Isabelle also mentored several underclassmen during their journey as first-year PA students, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and guiding others.
As a counselor, Isabelle is committed to being a guide for students as they embark on their application journey. She provides personal and efficacious strategies, assists in ensuring all requirements are met, and helps students highlight their talents and strengths. Her mentoring strategy focuses on equipping students with the tools, resources, and confidence to excel in interviews to maximize their chances of acceptance.
As a coach, Isabelle's greatest strength lies in her ability to simplify complex issues and reduce stress throughout the application process. She is a big believer in taking a step back and focusing on the overall goal in order to achieve success. As a first-generation healthcare provider, she aims to demystify the PA application process and help applicants get accepted to their dream programs.
