Isabelle's academic journey began at Florida State University, where she earned her undergraduate degree in psychology with a minor in biology and chemistry. During her gap year, she gained valuable clinical experience as a medical scribe in a Trauma 1 emergency room and a medical assistant in a Pediatric Gastroenterology practice. She also completed her Master's in public health at Emory University.
Isabelle's physician assistant training took place at Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA, where she graduated summa cum laude and had the honor of giving the commencement speech. Isabelle also mentored several underclassmen during their journey as first-year PA students, demonstrating her commitment to supporting and guiding others.
In her role as a consultant, Isabelle focuses on inspiring students to capture their true potential by highlighting their experiences and crafting interesting narratives. She believes that while academic excellence is important, what truly sets a candidate apart is their ability to tell their story through personal statements, patient care hours, and experiences.
Isabelle's approach to admissions counseling emphasizes organization as the foundation of the process. This helps students to understand their goals and passions while setting them up for success from the very beginning. She excels at breaking down complex information and creating efficient and effective study guides to support students throughout their academic journey.
As the first PA at her urogynecology practice, Isabelle has paved the way for future advanced practice providers. She recently concluded training a new-hire nurse practitioner to join their team.
