Following this, he pursued a Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Woodhull Medical Center, further specializing in the specialized dental needs of children. During his pediatric residency, Dr. Sonnenberg researched obstructive sleep apnea in the pediatric dental population, earning second place at Woodhull Medical Center’s research symposium for his contributions.
