Jonathan Dworak has been tutoring for The Princeton Review for 17 years. He finds that being able to work one-on-one with students is the best situation to which an educator can aspire—and further, that having a personal connection to so many interesting and engaged students makes the process of working together to master a subject a fulfilling one. Jonathan tutors students of all ages, and his expertise allows him to serve as a “master trainer” of tutors aspiring to teach.
As a tutor with The Princeton Review, Kenneth Brenner most enjoys figuring out what makes each student tick—and then creating a study environment that’s instantly conducive to learning. A passionate educator, Kenneth has taught across the age spectrum, from sixth-graders to grad-level students. His students have been accepted to Ivy League colleges and other prestigious universities and programs.
A tutor for over 15 years, Dr. Robert Fong’s greatest educational fulfillment lies in emphasizing conceptual learning over rote memorization: He has perfected this approach to bring speedy and efficient improvement to all his students. Robert is a master tutor in all MCAT sciences and has contributed to work on The Princeton Review’s research and development team. With an undergraduate degree from New York University, Robert completed his PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology at The University of Chicago, where he serves on the faculty in the department of anesthesia and critical care. He is a board-certified anesthesiologist.
Toronto-based tutor Aaron Lindh finds inspiration the moment a student “gets it”—when all the hard work pays off and a concept that was formerly impossible becomes easy. He approaches each tutorial by identifying the strengths, abilities, and learning style of each student, and works to develop confidence accordingly. He’s responsible for training and certifying new teachers and tutors, developing new teaching programs, and training new Princeton Review trainers in North America—and abroad.

I have played soccer all my life and represented the US in Israel at the 20th Maccabiah games. I also enjoy running, reading (I read Origin of a Species cover to cover), and making MetalEarth models.
As an undergraduate, Jason was interested in becoming a health provider but was undecided about what field he would pursue until his sophomore year. He joined many clubs, was the president of his fraternity, a teaching assistant, and conducted research in bio-analytical and immunology labs. Jason also worked for the nonprofit Bridge to Health USA, where he helped underserved communities in Baltimore obtain better access to medical and dental care. Jason privately tutored undergraduate and high school students in the sciences in his free time.
He graduated with honors in biochemistry and a minor in biology from Trinity College. He matriculated into the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, where he is currently in his first year. At UConn, he continues to be an active participant in student life, serving on the Academic Integrity Board, conducting research and serving the people of Hartford through SNDA and ADEA.

I have an older brother who just graduated from dental school, and is currently in an oral and maxillofacial surgery residency program. We plan to open a practice together, and have our mom - who has been an oral surgery practice manager for 30 years - run our practice. I also have a cat named Bron, named after my personal hero LeBron James.
Jordan Middleton is a rising D4 at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine (HSDM) and plans to pursue oral and maxillofacial surgery residency upon graduation. He is a Fellow in the Office of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, where he specializes in leading programs designed to prepare undergrad students for the dental school application process. He also works closely with the Office of Admissions at HSDM - giving talks to colleges on behalf of HSDM, meeting with interviewees before and after their interview day, etc. One of the biggest projects he collaborated on, Bridge to Dental School, was awarded the 2021 Inspiring Programs in STEM Award by Insight into Diversity Magazine.
Jordan knows what it takes to gain admission to dental school. He received a full-tuition scholarship from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine and numerous other scholarship offers from elite dental schools. In her free time, Lea enjoys yoga, skiing, hiking, and going to the symphony in San Francisco. She has played piano for >20 years and has an inclination for 70’s music (especially Queen). She enjoys exploring new cultures through food and travel. Her passion for food science is complemented by her love of cooking. She is half-Persian, and half-Southern and enjoys the challenge of cooking both Persian and Southern recipes and embracing two extremely different cultures. She is the middle sister of three, with her other sisters being 29 and the other just 9 years old.
Lea is a dual-degree DDS/Ph.D. student at the University of California, San Francisco. She completed her undergraduate (Biology) and graduate (Biomedical Research) at Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where she is originally from. Lea became enthralled with dentistry and research in her final year of college. While working at a local medical clinic, she realized the vast inaccessibility to dental care within her own community in central Georgia. She is genuinely passionate about leveraging research to broaden access to dental care and prevention mechanisms and currently investigates the interaction of diet and the oral microbiome to discover new means of dental disease prevention that are accessible, affordable, and widely impactful. She entered her training at UCSF in the Fall of 2018.
During this time, Lea has achieved several accolades, including being the winner of School of Dentistry Research and Clinical Excellence Day, the UCSF Benioff Center for Microbiome Medicine Pilot Trainee Award Grant, an NIH-funded grant from the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research, and the Student Research Fellowship awarded by the American Association of Dental Research. She also holds several first-author publications, including a book chapter. Lea currently works with several pre-dental students who volunteer in her Ph.D. laboratories. She regularly mentors these students on several aspects of dental school applications, ranging from personal statements, recommendations for improvements, and choosing schools and programs. Lea plans to one day become an academician at a research-focused dental school and thus has a strong enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring. She is deeply familiar with the application process as she has gone through this herself and is also involved in dental outreach events at undergraduate institutions.

In his spare time, Sean enjoys going to the gym, cooking, reading and pet sitting dogs.
Through a series of influential experiences, considerable exposure in the clinical setting, and an innate passion for innovating the dental field, Sean has set his long-term goal of becoming a dental clinician attending the University of California, San Francisco’s Advanced Dual-Degree DDS/Ph.D. program and is set to graduate in 2024. As a clinician scientist, his motivation is to develop more efficacious alternative drug and gene therapies that focus on patients who suffer from more advanced forms of periodontal disease and oral cancers. He is particularly interested in better understanding oral microbial-host interactions and how these events lead to the progression of oral cancers and chronic infections by dysregulating cellular and tissue processes at the transcriptional and epigenetic levels.
Sean has published numerous reviews and a book chapter focused on the pathogenesis and treatment of oral cancers within the context of antimicrobial-based therapeutics, gene regulatory networks, and multi-omic analyses. He has also published original basic science articles as first author in established journals such as PLOS pathogens.
Throughout his academic journey, Sean has garnered considerable experience counseling and mentoring students within the pre-health domain. During his time at CSUSB, Sean worked in The Health Professions Advising Center (HPAC) as a pre-health counselor doing personal statement editing, mock interview prep, and numerous presentations reviewing the application process for various professional programs. He was also a founding member of the “Annual Pre-Medical and Pre-Health Conference,” which seeks to prepare underrepresented students who aspire to go into healthcare through workshops, keynote speakers, panel discussions, exhibition fairs, and more. Since starting at UCSF, Sean has sat on the admissions application committees in the graduate division and school of dentistry, interviewed a myriad of pre-dental and graduate applicants, and directly mentored an array of pre-dental students through the Student National Dental Association (SNDA).
As a non-traditional professional and graduate student, Sean is excited to be part of the Inspira team and brings a wealth of knowledge as an admissions counselor and expert.
Dental school applications are long - you need to create a resume, personal statement, essays, short answers, and support recommenders for each institution. Getting to perfection takes time.
The exact time to get to the end state depends on a number of factors including which dental schools you’re applying to, how good you are at writing and editing, and your personal commitments.
We have worked with successful clients who have spent two months on an application and we have worked those that have spent two years. That said, based on what we have seen in the past with applicants’ schedules and writing styles, we recommend starting at least three months before the deadline to maximize your chances of success.
We start working with candidates as early as two years before they plan to submit their application.
Our mission is to help every candidate realize their true potential. When you graduate from dental school, we want you to look back and be proud of yourself for achieving your dreams. As such, we want to make sure that your financial circumstances are not a barrier to success.
In keeping with our mission, we provide a small number of partial and full scholarships to our applicants. These are awarded after you start working with us and are based on both professional potential and financial need. Please note, these scholarships are only available for our All-Inclusive Package.
That said, we also want to make sure you are working with the best team, and attracting top talent is expensive. Hence, we’re not able to provide scholarships to everyone. Your project manager can tell you more about scholarship opportunities after we start the engagement.
We understand that not all applicants need help with their entire application. For dental school applicants who need support with only one or two aspects of their applications, we’ve broken down our all-inclusive offering into different phases of the application lifecycle such as best-fit school selection, AADSAS application support, personal statement editing, interview prep, and holistics dental school application review. Please check out this page for a list of all our offerings.
For dental school applicants interested in a structured and rigorous preparation program, we have the complete end-to-end dental school application consulting services where you work with our top dental school admissions counselor for an extended period of time. They create a personalized plan to help you set and achieve targets, giving you a leg up when you apply. Your dental school admissions counselor helps you identify gaps in your profile and fill them through targeted activities such as volunteering, research, academic coursework, and more. Schedule a call to learn more.
Our admissions counselors are selected through an extremely rigorous process. We make sure they are knowledgeable, smart, courteous, personable, and professional. Further, you are paired with a coach based on your profile, background, and interests based on the information you provide through our comprehensive intake form.
However, it is very important that you get along with your Coach. The quality of your application is directly dependent on how well you get along with them. In the past, we’ve realized building a relationship doesn’t happen overnight. It takes time to get to know each other, understand the candidate’s persona, and craft a strong application. We try not to prematurely undo progress by switching Coaches.
That being said, if you have any issues, email us as ceo@inspiraadvantage.com and our CEO will personally reply to you within 48 hours. Your success is our topmost priority and we will go above and beyond to make sure you get accepted at your dream school. This includes switching your Coach if needed.
Our project team consists of Graduate Coaches, Writing Experts, and former Admissions Committee members. You will work with a Graduate Coach, who will help you draft the perfect application. They are typically dentists who have served on an admissions committee, are expert at storytelling, enjoy mentorship and helping candidates create a compelling narrative.
They also make sure your grammar, tone, and sentence structure are in line with what business schools expect. You will also be assigned a Project Manager. Their role will be to ensure all deadlines are met and your application documents are submitted well in advance of the deadline.
Through our vast network of former Admissions Committee members, Graduate Coaches, and Inspira alumni, we are able to have our finger on the pulse and see what’s going on at top dental schools.
These insights are early and relevant, and they benefit you. We know before anyone else when and how the Admissions Committee at an institution is changing the intake criteria. We can use this to help to craft a relevant story.
Only 3% of prospective Graduate Coaches and former Admissions Committee members we speak with each year make it on our team and are selected to provide dental school application consulting services. We want to ensure that our applicants have the best experience, so choosing the right team members is of paramount importance to us.
We have a rigorous multi-step selection process. This includes personality fit, industry knowledge tests, and multiple real-life case simulations. Every member of our team is made to evaluate the applications of past candidates. This helps us evaluate the quality of their insights and communication skills. You can learn more about our selection process here.
We also conduct ongoing evaluations to make sure we are the right partners to help you fulfill your dental school dreams.
Creating the right application requires time and effort. It is our duty to make sure every consultant is able to dedicate time and effort to your application.
The number of clients each dental school admissions counselor works with depends on the nature of their role and additional commitments within the firm.
Some counselors might work with a small number of applicants who are applying to a lot of dental schools whereas others might work with more applicants who are applying to fewer schools.
You can be rest assured that even though members of our team wear many hats, your success is our topmost priority. If we have to choose between losing a potential client or allocating lesser time to current clients, we will choose the former any day.
Yes, parents can be involved through the application process.
