Our Support Ecosystem

Helping a med school aspirant reach their dream schools takes real support. They need strong academic guidance, the right recommenders, meaningful physician shadowing, a smart test prep plan, and a polished application. Behind the scenes, we have a team making sure your child is well-supported, including admissions counselors, tutors, and researchers who analyze and publish med school admissions trends. Your child's counselor will review application documents for grammar, language, and tone so they resonate with admissions committees. Coordinating all of this requires dedicated support, which is why your child will also have a Student Success Manager guiding them throughout the process. The Student Success Manager is available to speak with you about any questions or concerns, update you on your child's progress, and is always just a phone call, text, or email away.

Constant communication is of paramount importance in helping your child succeed. Your Student Success Manager is more than happy to speak with you in case of any questions or concerns. However, we don’t stop there. We will be proactive in communicating your child’s progress.
