Upon completing high school, Dr. Whitworth chose to serve in the United States Air Force, marking the beginning of a transformative journey. Stationed at Misawa Air Base in Japan at just 19, he quickly learned to adapt, developing critical skills in independence and critical thinking. The 2011 catastrophic events in Japan, including a massive earthquake and subsequent tsunami, thrust him into emergency response roles, despite his primary duty in financial management. It was during this intense period that his interest in medical services was piqued through his interactions with a physician assistant, sparking a new career aspiration.

Motivated to further his education, Dr. Whitworth began taking classes at the University of Maryland Global Campus while still in Japan, earning an Associate’s Degree in general studies. His commitment to his education led him to transition from Active Duty to the Air National Guard, allowing him to enroll as a full-time student at Indiana State University. Here, he undertook a challenging curriculum as a biology major, balancing his military commitments and academics. Despite financial pressures and family responsibilities leading him to a full-time role as a budget analyst, Dr. Whitworth's resolve never faded. He completed his Bachelor's degree at Thomas Edison State University in natural sciences and mathematics and later pursued an MBA at Oakland City University, achieving a 4.0 GPA.

Dr. Whitworth's career trajectory took a significant turn when he joined the Occupational Health sector within the Air Force's Medical Group. This role, coupled with further technical training at the US Air Force’s School of Aerospace Medicine, solidified his desire to become a physician assistant. His academic and professional experiences culminated in his acceptance and subsequent graduation from Indiana University’s PA program, where he excelled and quickly passed his national certification exam. Afterward, he attended Butler University, graduating with a DMSc. 

Dr. Whitworth began his professional healthcare career at the Veterans Health Administration in Indianapolis, specializing in primary care. His profound interest in specialized medicine led him to further specialize in gastroenterology and hepatology at the VA Danville Illiana Healthcare System. Here, he not only applies his extensive training but also continues to impact patient lives positively.

Dr. Whitworth has experience mentoring multiple pre-PA applicants through platforms such as LinkedIn. He facilitated the onboarding of newly graduated PA primary care providers during the extensive Veterans Health Administration (VHA) hiring process. In his sessions, he uses the “whole person” concept, which focuses on individuality. He strives to develop a distinct approach to present each applicant's unique and diverse background. 

Dr. Pires' graduated from CUNY Hunter College with degrees in studio art and biochemistry. Through these studies, she discovered her passion for pre-veterinary medicine, which was further fueled by her experiences in research, lab animal care, and small animal general practice. These accomplishments earned her the NIH MBRS-RISE Program Scholarship and several departmental research awards. They also sparked her enthusiasm for advancing biomedical research to benefit both human and animal health, as well as advocating for the well-being of animals that are vital for medical progress.

Dr. Pires enrolled in a combined DVM and PhD program at Colorado State University. Her PhD focused on cell and molecular biology with an emphasis on cancer research. Dr. Pires graduated from veterinary school, receiving the Bob Rosenthal Senior Student Award for her outstanding contributions to clinical oncology. She also received multiple Young Investigator Awards and conference travel awards while completing her PhD training. Her dual DVM/PhD training has equipped her with a deep understanding of the interconnectedness of human and animal health, as well as the critical role that veterinarians play in advancing biomedical research.

After completing her veterinary education, Dr. Pires completed a one-year  University of Colorado Anschutz Faculty Fellowship in Lab Animal Medicine, further honing her skills and expertise in this specialized field. Currently, she works as a lab animal veterinarian in the pharmaceutical industry, where she applies her knowledge to ensure the welfare of animals involved in research while contributing to the development of life-saving treatments.

Dr. Pires’ approach to veterinary medicine is characterized by her drive for continuous learning, commitment to teaching, and ability to find fulfillment in her work. She is passionate about helping students navigate the complex admissions process and has a proven track record of guiding them toward achieving their goals. Her experience serving on Colorado State University’s admissions committee for five years gives her insider information into the qualities and characteristics that successful veterinary school applicants possess. Students Dr. Pires has coached have been accepted to vet schools and DVM/PhD programs at UC Davis, the University of Colorado, Colorado State University, and the University of Wisconsin.

One of Dr. Pires’ greatest strengths is her approachability and flexibility. Given her years of scientific publication and presentation experience, she also has a knack for writing and accuracy. As a first-generation college graduate and native New Yorker of mixed Hispanic and European heritage, Dr. Pires brings a deep understanding of the challenges that students from diverse backgrounds may face when pursuing higher education. She is committed to working with students of all backgrounds, providing them with the guidance, support, and resources they need to succeed in their journey to veterinary school and beyond.

Dr. Cheng’s academic excellence began during her undergraduate studies at USC, where she graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in neuroscience and a minor in health care studies. Raised in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, Dr. Cheng's early education at a private Christian international school and her mission trips to Indonesia and rural China sparked her interest in community outreach and global and rural medicine. This interest has fueled her passion for education and mentorship, and she has since gained a wide range of experiences working with students from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

She has also participated in medical education research with Keck, working to improve inclusivity and diversity in the curriculum. As an admissions coach, Dr. Cheng enjoys guiding students in crafting their unique narratives for their applications.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Cheng gained experience in education, working in college admissions, SAT preparation, and designing curricula for Upward Bound, a program supporting low-income minority high school students pursuing higher education. This background has equipped her with an understanding of the challenges faced by students from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds.

In medical school, Dr. Cheng took on leadership roles as the president of the anesthesiology and radiology student interest groups. She also founded Empowering Future Health Professionals, a student organization connecting local high schoolers interested in healthcare with Keck students, further demonstrating her commitment to mentorship and community outreach.

Dr. Cheng believes in a holistic approach to evaluating medical school applicants and enjoys working with students to create narratives that highlight their strengths. Her extensive experience in mentoring, combined with her insider knowledge of the admissions process, positions her as a great mentor for aspiring medical students.

During medical school, Dr. Alt received the Lowell E. Bellin, MD Award for Excellence in Preventive Medicine and Community Health and began what would become a lifelong commitment to public health and mentorship. Dr. Alt completed residency training in family medicine at Montefiore Medical Center and public health/preventive medicine at the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene. She served as Chief Resident and later as an Empire Clinical Research Investigator Fellow, developing group well-child visits, launching a dual-degree residency in preventive and family medicine, and contributing to patient-centered medical home research.

As an Associate Program Director at Carney Hospital, Dr. Alt’s role allowed her to gain direct insights into the admissions process and what makes candidates stand out. She also received the Carney Family Medicine Residency Faculty Mentorship Award. In her current role as a faculty coach and clinical associate professor at the Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Alt mentors students from their first year through graduation, supporting them through academic, personal, and professional development and guiding many through the residency application process. These experiences have given her a deep understanding of the expectations at every stage of medical training and the insight to help pre-med and medical students present their best selves.

Dr. Alt’s strengths as a coach lie in her ability to connect meaningfully with students, understand their goals, and tailor her guidance to reflect their unique voice and journey. During her time in veterinary school, Dr. Donnini worked in the small animal anesthesia department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a critical area of veterinary practice. Her potential was recognized by Bayer Animal Health, who selected her as their student representative. Additionally, Dr. Donnini's academic achievements were honored with membership in the Phi Zeta honor society.

Following the completion of her DVM, Dr. Donnini continued to build her expertise through advanced training. She completed a rigorous one-year small animal medicine and surgical internship at VCA West Los Angeles, further honing her clinical skills in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Driven by her passion for internal medicine, she then pursued a residency in small animal internal medicine at Iowa State University.

Dr. Donnini's dedication and expertise in internal medicine were recognized when she achieved diplomate status within the ACVIM upon completion of her residency. This prestigious certification marks her as a specialist in her field, acknowledging her advanced knowledge and skills in veterinary internal medicine. Currently residing in Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Donnini continues to apply her expertise in internal medicine to provide top-tier care for her patients.

As an admissions counselor, Dr. Donnini understands firsthand the challenges and pressures faced by aspiring veterinarians, recognizing that the process can be emotionally, mentally, and financially draining. Her approach to working with applicants is rooted in empathy and practicality. She focuses on developing structured schedules with objective goals while maintaining a compassionate and human-centered approach throughout the process.

With a strong foundation in medical education, Dr. Khan has mentored BS/MD students, pre-med students, medical students, and residents throughout every stage of the admissions journey. She has interviewed and reviewed hundreds of applicants as a residency and fellowship admissions committee member and interviewer and as a medical school counseling advisor. Dr. Khan has over a decade of experience reviewing personal statements, preparing candidates for interviews, and strategically positioning applicants—especially non-traditional students and career shifters—for success in today’s competitive admissions landscape. Her coaching has helped numerous BS/MD students gain acceptance to some of the nation’s most competitive programs. 

Dr. Khan’s clinical and academic experience is complemented by her work in teaching, sports injury management, and community health advocacy. Her greatest strengths as a coach include helping students articulate purpose, frame meaningful life experiences, and strategically align their applications to reflect both authenticity and impact. Known for her efficiency, honesty, and motivational coaching style, she helps students craft compelling personal narratives while building confidence and clarity about their professional goals. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Khan has served as a trusted physician for NCAA athletes, elite/professional teams, and endurance competitors, focusing on goal-setting with a quick return to play. As a former NCAA Division I rugby player at Brigham Young University who secured multiple academic scholarships, Dr. Khan brings the same determination and resilience she cultivated in athletics to her coaching approach. She believes that every applicant has a story worth telling, and is deeply committed to helping future physicians craft powerful, purposeful application narratives.

Dr. Cucui has been involved in the veterinary field for 15+ years. She worked at a veterinary clinic in NYC before attending Cornell, where she earned her BA in classics. Dr. Cucui spent her summers in college volunteering at a Romanian veterinary hospital and dog shelter as well as working at a zootherapy-focused equestrian center in Quebec. During the school year, Dr. Cucui would conduct independent studies examining veterinary practices in various cultures and historical periods, including Romania, ancient Greece, Rome, and India. Alongside her academic pursuits, Dr. Cucui showcased her leadership skills by captaining and coaching her rugby team.

Continuing her education at Cornell's veterinary school, Dr. Cucui focused primarily on shelter medicine. Her dedication to serving underserved communities was evident through her participation in Rural Area Veterinary Services (RAVS) and Rural Veterinary Experience Teaching (RVETS) trips, providing medical and surgical care to cats, dogs, and horses in areas with limited access to veterinary services. 

Dr. Cucui's innovative spirit shone through her research with the Alliance for Contraception in Cats & Dogs, where she developed a novel ear tag for free-roaming animals. This project earned her funding through Cornell's Expanding Horizons International Education Program, allowing her to conduct field trials in Romania. During her clinical year, Dr. Cucui gained experience through shelter-related externships, including forensics at the ASPCA and mobile spay/neuter services at the University of Illinois. This comprehensive training prepared her for a career dedicated to animal welfare and shelter medicine.

After earning her DVM, Dr. Cucui's professional journey took her to various settings, each contributing to her expertise in shelter medicine. She practiced at a private, non-profit animal shelter in Buffalo, NY, where she also taught veterinary students from Lincoln Memorial University. Her commitment to urban animal welfare led her back to NYC, where she worked at the city's municipal shelter before pursuing a fellowship in emergency medicine.

Currently, Dr. Cucui runs her own relief practice, specializing in high-quality, high-volume spay/neuter services, shelter medicine, and emergency care for various non-profits, corporations, and independent practices. Her long-term goals include becoming board-certified in shelter medicine and opening a spay/neuter clinic in rural Transylvania.

Throughout her career, Dr. Cucui has been a dedicated mentor to many pre-veterinary and veterinary students from diverse backgrounds. Her passion for teaching and her wealth of experience in various aspects of veterinary medicine help her provide high-impact mentorship to aspiring veterinarians. 

As an admissions consultant, Dr. Cucui brings a perspective shaped by her first-generation professional status, her diverse international experiences, and her expertise in shelter and emergency medicine. She is committed to helping applicants navigate the complex veterinary school application process, drawing on her own journey and her experience mentoring students from various backgrounds. Dr. Cucui's goal is to empower the next generation of veterinarians, helping them highlight what makes them unique.

Dr. Nico has an MD from the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. She is currently conducting clinical and translational cerebrovascular neurosurgery research under Dr. Michael Lawton at the Barrow Neurological Institute in Phoenix, AZ. Her clinical work involves risk stratification and outcomes of various hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases, while her translational research focuses on novel single-cell RNA sequencing of these same pathologies. In addition to cerebrovascular research, Dr. Nico has extensive experience in global neurosurgery, pediatric brain tumors and epilepsy, and the relationship between domestic violence and traumatic brain injuries. 

While attending UIC, Dr. Nico was involved in many research, advocacy, and volunteering efforts. She has over 30 publications and oral presentations at national conferences in neurosurgery, neurology, urology, obstetrics & gynecology, and female sexual medicine. She has served as a digital media intern for the Center for Global Health, a medical student advisory board member for Safe Living Space - an organization raising awareness of brain injury secondary to domestic violence, student ambassador for the AANS/CNS section on Pediatric Neurosurgery, student leader of Women in Medicine Summit, and President of the Chicago Cancer Society. 

Prior to attending medical school, Dr. Nico spent a gap year at Northwestern Feinberg School of Medicine working as a clinical research coordinator on a peripheral artery disease clinical trial. Even before that, she graduated first-generation with General and Neuroscience Departmental Honors from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD. Furthermore, she completed her entire sophomore year of undergraduate studies at the University of Oxford in Oxford, United Kingdom studying under the Biochemistry Pre-Medicine Program. 

Regarding her tutoring experience, Dr. Nico served as a study consultant for Academic Advising, helping undergraduate students improve their academic skills at Johns Hopkins University. At UIC College of Medicine, Dr. Nico continues to work as a Peer Education Program Tutor and Block Lead for the Office of Student Affairs, leading one-on-one and group review sessions of pre-clinical curriculum content as well as USMLE test prep. 

Additionally, Dr. Nico has mentored many Johns Hopkins and UIC undergraduates throughout their medical school application process. She is very excited to help more pre-medical students navigate the medical school application process!

Before attending medical school, Dr. Chang graduated magna cum laude with a degree in chemistry from Harvard University. Dr. Chang was involved in numerous extracurricular activities at Harvard, including the Harvard-Radcliffe Orchestra, Harvard Bach Society Orchestra, Phillips Brooks House Association, and the Harvard Chinese Students and Scholars Association. After graduation, Dr. Chang worked as a research associate at Rockefeller University for two years before pursuing her MD. During medical school, she participated in the HAVEN Free Clinic and the Critical Care Medicine Student Interest Group.

Dr. Chang’s academic interests focus on the development of novel therapeutics for treatment-resistant uterine and ovarian cancers. Her research has been published in peer-reviewed journals 20+ times and presented at national conferences. She is a junior fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and a member of the Society of Gynecologic Oncology.

A dedicated educator and mentor, Dr. Chang has over 10+ years of higher education experience, working as a tutor and admissions consultant throughout college, medical school, and residency. She has guided a diverse group of applicants through competitive college, medical school, and residency admissions. Her extensive clinical and academic training gives her a deep understanding of the selection process and the qualities valued in future physicians. Students she’s worked with have gained admission to medical schools such as the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine, the University of Michigan Medical School, the University of Florida College of Medicine, Yale School of Medicine, and UCLA School of Medicine.

As a medical school and BS/MD admissions consultant, Dr. Chang provides personalized, strategic guidance to help applicants articulate their experiences, strengthen their narratives, and confidently navigate each stage of the application process. Her mentorship style is supportive yet challenging, empowering students to recognize and showcase their full potential.

She earned a BA in history of science, medicine, and public health from Yale University, graduating with distinction. At Yale, she demonstrated her versatility by working as a first-year counselor, conducting medical historical research at the Yale School of Medicine medical library, and producing a professional studio album for her a cappella group, Something Extra. She was also named the Distinguished Young Woman of Connecticut during her first year of college. Dr. Everlith went on to graduate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where she excelled academically and earned the prestigious Dean’s Scholarship.

During her undergraduate and graduate studies, Dr. Everlith gained valuable experience in various roles, including patient care coordinator, oral surgery assistant, summer camp director on Yale’s campus, and even working at Walt Disney World. In addition to her academic achievements and coaching experience, Dr. Everlith plans to complete a general practice residency at Overlook Medical Center.

Dr. Everlith has been coaching dental school applicants for five years, helping students gain acceptance to top dental programs at Harvard, UPenn, UConn, Rutgers, Tufts, USC, Temple, and many others. She uses her unique perspective as a first-generation, low-income applicant and experienced admissions coach to help students find their own ways to shine.

Dr. Bowen is a distinguished dental professional with extensive academic credentials and a passion for education and public health. As a general dentist in higher education, her role as Dental Program Director enables her to strengthen the oral health workforce by recruiting and retaining the next generation of dental professionals.  

Dr. Bowen's academic journey began at Virginia Tech, where she graduated with a BS in biology and chemistry. She was recognized as a Virginia Tech Pamplin Leader and received multiple scholarships,  including the C. Bascom Slemp and Lacy & Mattie Meador Memorial. During college, Dr. Bowen was inducted into the Phi Sigma Honors Society. 

She continued her education at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, graduating with a DDS degree. Her dental school accomplishments include graduating in the top 10 of production in her dental school class, receiving the Senior Class Scholarship, and earning the Rural Virginia Scholarship. 

Dr. Bowen further expanded her expertise with a Master of Arts in higher, adult, and lifelong education (HALE) from Michigan State University, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA. She was also inducted into the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. Dr. Bowen received an MPH emphasizing policy and leadership from East Tennessee State University, where she was inducted into the National Society of Leadership and Success and awarded the ETSU Outstanding Public Health Graduate Student for Policy and Leadership Award. 

As an Appalachian native, Dr. Bowen demonstrates her commitment to improving healthcare access through her involvement with numerous organizations, including the Appalachian Regional Commission's (ARC) Appalachian Leadership Institute, the Lenowisco Oral Health Coalition, the University of Virginia's Cancer Center SWVA Community Advisory Board, the Virginia HPV Immunization Taskforce, the Virginia Health Catalyst's Future of Public Oral Health Taskforce, the Delta Dental of Virginia Foundation, and the Virginia Dental Association's Workforce Committee.

Dr. Bowen leverages her unique background and perspective when working with students to build relationships with dental school applicants. She has a keen eye for detail and a complex understanding of the dental school admissions landscape. Her friendly and supportive demeanor and academic and professional expertise give students the confidence to dive into the application cycle. She looks forward to working with the next generation of dental professionals! 

Before medical school, Dr. Lee graduated with departmental honors in Biology from Vassar College, where he was also Captain of the EMS agency. During his gap year, he worked as a research assistant at Northwell Health in Thoracic Surgery, managing a lung cancer database and publishing a paper on the benefits of robotic surgery for lung cancer. During his last year in medical school, he was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society for excellence in academic performance and leadership. He will also be graduating with a Certificate of Special Proficiency in Medical Ultrasound.

Dr. Lee has always had a passion for medical education and helping students achieve their goals. He has mentored numerous pre-medical students at all points in the process of preparing to apply to medical school, from first-year college students to set them up favorably for the future to students actively in the application process. He specializes in a holistic approach to help students display their strengths beyond their academic records or metrics, allowing medical school admissions committees to fully appreciate their individuality. 

Dr. Lee also brings first-hand insight to the CASPer test, having taken it as both a pre-medical and medical student, recently scoring in the top quartile. With Inspira Advantage, he hopes to continue helping even more students on their journey to becoming a physician.

Before attending medical school, Dr. Lee graduated with departmental honors in biology from Vassar College, where he was also Captain of Vassar College Emergency Medical Services. He also received the Bruce Gillman Award for fencing. During his gap year, Dr. Lee worked as a research assistant at Northwell Health in thoracic surgery, managing a lung cancer database and published a paper studying the benefits of robotic surgery for lung cancer. 

During his last year in medical school, Dr. Lee was inducted into the prestigious Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society for excellence in academic performance and leadership. He also graduated with a certificate of special proficiency in medical ultrasound. He was also awarded 2nd place for his poster presentation at the Northwell Academic Competition. Dr. Lee completed his intern year in internal medicine at North Shore University Hospital/Long Island Jewish Medical Center, where he was recognized as Preliminary Intern of the Year. 

Dr. Lee has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Cardiothoracic and Vascular Anesthesia, Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, and Innovations. His work spans topics from robotic surgery to COVID-19 dermatologic manifestations and transfusion-related outcomes in cardiac surgery patients.

Dr. Lee is passionate about medical education and helping students achieve their goals. He has mentored numerous pre-medical students in applying to medical school and is heavily involved in residency mentorship and advising. Students Dr. Lee has coached have been accepted to Harvard Medical School, Zucker School of Medicine at Hofstra/Northwell, and SUNY Downstate. 

As a coach, Dr. Lee specializes in taking a holistic approach to help students display their unique strengths beyond their academic record or metrics to allow admissions committees to fully appreciate an applicant’s qualities. 

Dr. Webb began her higher education journey at the University of Georgia, where she graduated with a degree in biological sciences. During college, she was awarded an NCAA Athletic Scholarship and an HOPE Scholarship. After graduating, she worked as a poultry scientist—her experiences in food animal agriculture and her deep appreciation for its role in global food security inspired her decision to pursue veterinary school.

At the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine, Dr. Webb was recognized with numerous honors, including the National Society Descendants of American Farmers Scholarship, Fred B. Gent Food Animal Scholarship, AVMF/Merck Animal Health Veterinary Scholarship, AABP Merck Animal Health Scholarship, and the Dr. R. Bruce Hollett Fellowship in Veterinary Medicine Scholarship. Her strong foundation in food animal medicine and research underscores her ability to guide applicants toward distinguished veterinary careers.

As a counselor, Dr. Webb offers students a structured yet personalized approach to the admissions process. She helps applicants identify and highlight their strengths, develop compelling application materials, and confidently prepare for interviews. Her own success navigating the current veterinary admissions landscape allows her to provide relevant, practical insights to students. Her strengths include a strong understanding of the admissions process, the ability to break down complex requirements into clear steps, and a genuine dedication to seeing students succeed.

Beyond her work in admissions, Dr. Webb practices as an associate veterinarian at a rural mixed animal clinic, where she enjoys working with cattle and integrating her passion for agriculture into her clinical practice.

Dr. Blutinger’s educational journey began at Brandeis University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a BA in economics and Italian studies. During this time, he balanced his pre-med coursework with leadership roles such as working as a radio DJ, a cappella singer, and an academic tutor. After graduating, he served as an intern on the U.S. Senate HELP Committee under Senator Tom Harkin, where he contributed to the Affordable Care Act’s foundational policies.

From there, Dr. Blutinger completed his MD at George Washington University, followed by an emergency medicine residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He then earned a Master’s in health policy, planning, and financing from the London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine and the London School of Economics. His global perspective is further informed by clinical work in South Africa and Guatemala, reflecting his deep commitment to international medicine. 

A passionate advocate for patient-centered care both in and outside the hospital, Dr. Blutinger has led critical initiatives—especially during the COVID-19 pandemic in New York City—to deliver high-quality emergency services and develop innovative programs for paramedics, administrators, and fellow physicians.

Throughout his career, Dr. Blutinger has amassed significant experience in leadership, public speaking, broadcast and print journalism, and healthcare consultancy. Born and raised on a ranch in Louisiana, Dr. Belleville’s deep connection to animals began in early childhood and evolved into a career that has spanned continents, species, and disciplines. Before becoming a veterinarian, Dr. Belleville worked as a zookeeper and marine mammal trainer, gaining hands-on experience in positive reinforcement training with dolphins, birds, big cats, reptiles, and more. She even appeared in the feature film “Dolphin Tale 2” while working with rescued marine mammals.

During veterinary school, Dr. Belleville was awarded the Global Feline Health Fellowship to work with cheetahs in Namibia, and completed senior externships in zoological and conservation medicine at San Francisco Zoo and White Oak Conservation. Dr. Belleville has trained and mentored clients, students, and new graduates across multiple clinical environments and served as an educator both in-person and virtually—developing staff training programs and client education tools.

Currently, Dr. Belleville works as a relief veterinarian within various clinics and mobile practices. She is also a certified veterinary medical acupuncturist and holds Fear Free Elite and Human-Animal Bond certifications, which reflect her commitment to compassionate, low-stress care.

Dr. Belleville brings a diverse and dynamic background to her role as an admissions coach. Her greatest strengths lie in her ability to connect deeply with applicants, help them clarify their goals, and tell their unique stories with confidence and authenticity. She excels at organization, editing vet school personal statements, providing thoughtful feedback, and helping students navigate the application process with clarity and encouragement.

Dr. Manghis completed her undergraduate studies at Harvard College, where she earned an AB in social studies with a thesis exploring the ethics of foreign aid and NGO culture in Tanzania. Her early experiences abroad—teaching HIV/AIDS education in rural Tanzania and conducting ethnographic research on global health interventions—sparked a lifelong commitment to equity in healthcare access and delivery. She was awarded the Harvard College Research Program Grant and Harvard Book Award, and also received a full-tuition scholarship as a Nantucket Scholar.

During medical school, Dr. Manghis received multiple awards, including the John Efstathiou Memorial Award for compassion in patient care, the American Women’s Medical Association Glasgow-Rubin Citation for Academic Achievement, and a Capstone Merit Award for outstanding research. She also won second place for best poster at the American College of Neuropsychopharmacology Annual Meeting and received the Psychiatry Department Award at the Massachusetts General Hospital for best abstract. Dr. Manghis was awarded numerous scholarships, including the Massachusetts Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Scholarship, Beinecke Health Scholarship, Kappa Kappa Gamma Scholarship, and others. 

At UCSF, Dr. Manghis conducts research at the intersection of preventive cardiology and health disparities. Beyond research, Dr. Manghis is deeply committed to mentorship and education. She serves as a small group facilitator at UCSF, teaching preclinical students about cardiomyopathies and point-of-care ultrasound. She has spent ten years as an alumni interviewer for Harvard and has mentored several students through the process of applying to medical school through her roles as a Harvard pre-medical tutor and UMass post-baccalaureate pre-medical advisor. Her strengths as a coach lie in her warmth, empathy, and ability to help applicants articulate their authentic motivations for medicine while highlighting their unique experiences.

Dr. Manghis’s approach to coaching is student-centered and narrative-driven. Dr. Hameed's journey began in Southern California, where she grew up and later graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in psychobiology. She then went on to achieve her MD from the University of Texas, Houston, where she continued to demonstrate her leadership skills and commitment to serving others.

As a mentor to pre-med students, Dr. Hameed is known for her warm, caring, and passionate approach. She has mentored numerous college students through monthly sessions, providing guidance and support as they navigate the challenging path to medical school. Her experience as a tutor in general chemistry for two years in college and foundational science for two years in medical school further demonstrates her commitment to helping others succeed.

When it comes to admissions counseling, Dr. Hameed works with applicants to create a timeline and a list of actionable items, such as brainstorming ideas for personal essays, updating CVs, and deciding who to ask for letters of recommendation. Throughout the process, she provides feedback on how applicants can highlight their strengths and emphasize the characteristics that admissions committees look for in prospective students.

Dr. Hameed understands that the medical school admissions process can be filled with ups and downs, and she is dedicated to being a source of reassurance and support for her students. Her goal is to help applicants highlight their best selves to admissions committees, ultimately guiding them toward success in their medical school journey.

Throughout college and medical school, Dr. Hameed was actively involved in various volunteer activities, including providing healthcare to uninsured and homeless populations. She also shared her knowledge by tutoring chemistry and physiology, and she contributed to several research publications and posters. Additionally, Fariha celebrated her culture by leading the South Asian Medical Student Association at UCLA.

Before attending the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, Dr. Oyewole graduated with a BS in biochemistry & molecular biology with a minor in mathematics from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. There, he competed in NCAA Division I Football with the Minutemen. 

During his medical training, Dr. Oyewole was an integral part of the medical school admissions committee at Mount Sinai, where he reviewed and evaluated hundreds of applications, helping to refine admissions criteria and identify top candidates. His experience has given him unique insight into what makes an applicant stand out and how to craft a compelling narrative that aligns with an institution’s mission and values. As a Senior Coordinating Teaching Assistant in Anatomy, Dr. Oyewole played a pivotal role in integrating virtual anatomy software during the COVID-19 pandemic, earning him the Excellence in Teaching Award from ISMMS. 

Dr. Oyewole’s dedication to mentorship continued throughout his residency at Stanford Health Care, where he treated patients in high-pressure emergency settings and mentored medical students rotating through the Emergency Department, guiding them through clinical decision-making, application strategies, and residency interviews. Students Dr. Oyewole has coached have been accepted to prestigious medical schools such as Duke, Columbia, ISMMS, NYU, Tufts, and Stanford Health Care for residency. 

Dr. Oyewole’s approach to admissions coaching is highly personalized and strategic. He understands that no two applicants are the same and works closely with students to highlight their unique strengths, ensuring their applications tell a cohesive and compelling story. His greatest strengths lie in his ability to break down complex ideas into digestible concepts and to help students craft a compelling narrative from their personal and academic journeys, skills honed through years of teaching and mentoring. Beyond his work in medical education, Dr. Oyewole has a diverse range of interests. He is an avid skier and snowboarder and currently works as a ski instructor in Lake Tahoe. He is also passionate about content creation, producing educational videos on ADHD, medical education, and productivity. 

Dr. Oyewole brings a well-rounded and forward-thinking perspective to admissions consulting. His background as a physician, educator, and mentor—coupled with his firsthand experience in medical school admissions—makes him a valuable resource for students seeking a competitive edge in the application process.

With a keen understanding of what dental schools seek in candidates, she applied to and was accepted into every seven-year program she applied to. She has been involved in the interview process at Penn Dental and continues to participate in alumni interviews for the school.

Dr. Im's academic achievements earned her a Dean's scholarship for all four years of her dental education. Her pursuit of excellence did not stop there; during dental school, she applied for and was awarded a competitive scholarship program that allowed her to concurrently pursue an MPH degree at the Perelman School of Medicine, with full tuition covered by Penn Dental. Dr. Im was also awarded a full dental school scholarship through the Air Force, which required her to serve after graduation. 

As an admissions consultant, Dr. Im excels at guiding applicants through their dental school submissions and helping them identify and pinpoint their strengths to stand out to admissions committees. She excels at assisting applicants to discover what makes them stand out and how to best portray that to schools. Through her own myriad of interviews for dental schools and scholarship opportunities, she has honed in on best practices and has coached others on how to ace an interview.
