Dr. Rabinowitz is a urology resident physician at the University of Pennsylvania. As a Lester Persky, MD Urologic Research Scholar at Johns Hopkins, he engaged in extensive clinical investigation, graduating with 30+ publications. Dr. Rabinowitz has over seven years of mentoring and admissions experience, including serving on the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine admissions committee as a voting member and interviewer, personally trained by the admissions dean.

Dr. Altchek is a categorical pediatrics resident in the Boston Combined Residency Program in Pediatrics, a Harvard–affiliated program at Boston Children’s Hospital and Boston Medical Center. Dr. Attia graduated with an MD from the Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons (VP&S). He served on the VP&S admissions committee for five years as the Student Co-Chair and as an admissions officer, reviewing hundreds of applications. Dr. Attia was also the President of his class throughout his time at Columbia VP&S.

Dr. Toubat is a cardiac surgery resident at the University of Pennsylvania and a physician-scientist who graduated with an MD/PhD from the USC Keck School of Medicine and Caltech. He also earned his undergraduate degree in biological sciences from the University of Southern California, where he graduated cum laude. Dr. Toubat served on the USC Keck School of Medicine MD/PhD admissions committee for five years as a committee member and interviewer.

Dr. Collier is a family physician at AdventHealth and a former Chief Resident of the Christ Hospital/University of Cincinnati. She earned an MD from Tufts University School of Medicine. Dr. Scallon earned a BS in physics from the University of South Florida, an MSc in engineering physics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an MD from All Saints University School of Medicine. He has more than a decade of mentorship experience and served as a professor at Embry‑Riddle Aeronautical University and Liberty University, and an instructor at the Ultimate Medical Academy.

Dr. Marion is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist with over a decade of experience in mentorship, admissions, and medical education.
