As a dental student, Dr. Nazari received the Clinical Care Award for her student clinic. Following graduation, Dr. Nazari completed an advanced education in a general dentistry (AEGD) residency through NYU Langone Health. At NYU Langone Health, Dr. Nazari received further training in completing comprehensive dental treatment, managing medically complex patients, and providing emergent dental care. She later transitioned into private practice, continuing to expand her skills in delivering patient-centered, comprehensive dentistry.

For Dr. Nazari, it is the connections that matter most. She knows personally how impactful intentional mentorship and guidance can be, and as an admissions coach, she values building meaningful relationships to understand each applicant’s unique strengths and individualized goals. Her admissions experience at UFCD informs her mentorship style and allows her to guide applicants with a grounded understanding of what competitive dental schools seek in applicants. Dr. Nazari is committed to providing applicants the personalized support they need during what can be a challenging and transformative process.

Before residency, Dr. Ng completed his Bachelor’s in biological sciences at the University of Pittsburgh and his DMD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, graduating with honors in Community Oral Health and Care of Medically Complex Patients. 

Passionate about providing care to underserved communities, Dr. Ng was a part of the National Health Service Corps and worked for two years as a general dentist in Frisco, CO, providing care to mountain communities nestled around Colorado’s famous ski resorts. He has returned to academia to pursue his specialty in orthodontics. 

As a coach, Dr. Ng strongly believes in becoming an ally and partner to help applicants achieve their goals. He draws upon his experiences in mentorship and teaching both undergraduate and pre-doctoral students to foster and showcase an applicant’s unique traits. He is excited to be a part of Inspira and is committed to helping students make their goals a reality!

Dr. Oh pursued his MD at the University of Washington School of Medicine on a half-tuition scholarship, where his academic excellence earned him selection to the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society—an honor bestowed upon only eleven students in his cohort. As a recipient of a half-tuition scholarship at UW and previously a full-ride scholarship at Washington University in St. Louis, Dr. Oh has consistently demonstrated exceptional academic achievement.

During his own medical school application journey, Dr. Oh received over 20 interview invitations and more than $220,000 in scholarship offers, including a 75% tuition scholarship from the prestigious Pritzker School of Medicine at the University of Chicago. His success in navigating the admissions process led to multiple acceptances, including UChicago, Brown, Dartmouth, and Georgetown.

As Dr. Oh navigated the medical school application process, he took note of the specific applicant attributes factors medical schools looked for in building their class, and was inspired to coach other medical school applicants after his own success. He draws on his past experience as a college admissions consultant, where he helped over students gain acceptance into BS/MD programs and highly competitive universities across the country.

Dr. Oh's mentorship philosophy centers on two core principles: consistent availability and proven methodology. He understands that the medical school application process is inherently stressful, making reliable guidance and timely support essential for success. Dr. Oh brings practical insights into what medical schools truly seek in their candidates.

Dr. Oh offers comprehensive support for MD applications, DO applications, and BS/MD programs. Having previously offered  application support at the University of Washington School of Medicine, he combines institutional knowledge with practical application strategies to help students navigate every aspect of the medical school admissions process.

Originally from the greater Pittsburgh area, Dr. Warburton completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Pittsburgh, majoring in computational chemistry with a focus on biology. During college, he conducted research through the Department of Biomedical Informatics, publishing a paper in Scientific Reports on long non-coding RNA SNHG7 and its impact on breast cancer. Demonstrating exceptional academic prowess, Dr. Warburton graduated in just three years before proceeding directly to medical school at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai.

Alongside his academic pursuits, Dr. Warburton co-founded Retina Technologies Inc., a startup valued at $12 million. As the former Chief Technology Officer, he led the development of a revolutionary approach to vision care. The company aims to disrupt the field by leveraging virtual reality, retinal imaging, and machine learning on a portable platform, providing affordable, accessible, and accurate vision screening across the United States. Under his leadership, the company conducted four clinical trials, and submitted three provisional patents and one non-provisional PCT patent, with Dr. Warburton personally overseeing the development of both hardware and software components.

Dr. Warburton’s ability to balance these responsibilities while excelling in his medical studies is a testament to his dedication and time management skills. He is committed to helping others in their medical careers, leveraging his diverse experiences to mentor and guide aspiring healthcare professionals. 

Dr. Garcia's journey began at a young age when she declared her aspiration to become a veterinarian to her first-grade class. She attended the University of Missouri, graduating with a BS in animal sciences and a minor in captive wild animal management before pursuing a DVM. Demonstrating her deep commitment to her alma mater, she continued her education at the University of Missouri Veterinary School, where she honed her skills and knowledge in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Garcia has worked at the Animal Protective Association of Missouri Adoption Center as Director of Veterinary Services. She has also worked as an associate veterinarian at Arch Animal Hospital and the Jones Animal Health Clinic.

Throughout her career, Dr. Garcia has gained extensive experience in various veterinary settings, including walk-in practices, small animal practices, and shelter medicine. One of her greatest strengths is her approachability and transparency. She also has a knack for writing and precision.

Dr. Garcia's approach to veterinary medicine is characterized by her love for continuous learning, commitment to teaching others, and ability to find joy in her work. Whether it's giving advice, words of encouragement, editing essays, or writing letters of recommendation, she’s guided numerous students toward vet school success.

As an admissions coach, Dr. Garcia draws upon her extensive hands-on experience and passion for the field to guide prospective veterinarians in their educational journey, helping them navigate the challenges and opportunities of pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. What sets her apart as a consultant is that she embraces each student’s identity apart from being a "vet school hopeful." She is passionate about getting to know each student and making their application shine.

Dr. Nwankwo is a physical medicine & rehabilitation (PM&R) resident at Baylor College of Medicine and plans to pursue a pain medicine fellowship. She completed the combined BA/MD program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Medicine, earning a degree in biology and chemistry, and graduating with departmental distinction in academic excellence from the School of Biological and Chemical Sciences. She served on admissions committees at both UMKC and her residency program at Baylor. 

Dr. Nwankwo received numerous undergraduate offers, including acceptances from Yale, Harvard, and Penn, but ultimately chose UMKC for its accelerated medical program. She went on to earn her MD from UMKC and has maintained a longstanding commitment to academic excellence and leadership throughout her education. She was a leader in multiple organizations in medical school at the local, regional, and national levels. 

Throughout her training, Dr. Nwankwo has been an active clinical researcher and presenter. She has delivered posters and podium presentations at the Texas Pain Society Annual Meeting and the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians (ASIPP) conference, exploring topics such as combination closed-loop and dorsal root ganglion stimulation for cancer-related pain, scrambler therapy for chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy, and temporary peripheral nerve stimulation for greater occipital neuralgia. She also serves as co-investigator on a multicenter trial evaluating novel neuromodulation devices in oncology rehabilitation.

Dr. Nwankwo brings firsthand experience from serving in decision-making roles on admissions committees at UKMC and Baylor. Dr. Nwankwo specializes in an individualized coaching style, helping students identify their unique stories, build strategic timelines, and develop compelling application materials for medical school. As a physician, educator, and mentor, Dr. Nwankwo is deeply passionate about equity in medicine and empowering the next generation of healthcare leaders through thoughtful, strategic guidance.

Today, Dr. Jablinski is a board-certified veterinary internal medicine specialist with a background in large animal care and mixed animal practice. She brings years of experience spanning academia, clinical medicine, research, and mentorship. Her diverse career path and genuine passion for mentoring future veterinarians make her a uniquely equipped and highly supportive admissions coach.

Dr. Jablinski’s journey to vet school started when she was a young girl on the family ranch, learning to raise cattle and angora goats with her uncles. She started spending time in mixed practice veterinary clinics when she was 14 years old, and attended the Veterinary Enrichment Camp at Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences. 

Building on her passion for veterinary medicine, Dr. Jablinski attended Murray State University on a full-ride scholarship, where she was an NCAA athlete, honors student, student government senator, and campus ministry leader. As a veterinary student, she served as a class leader for student care. It was during her food animal rotating internship at Texas A&M that Dr. Jablinski discovered her unique gift for teaching and passion for working up challenging medicine cases, which started with a Zebu calf showing signs of internal bleeding.

At Kansas State University during her residency, Dr. Jablinski had the privilege of presenting her research on bull reproduction and infectious disease in front of several audiences in both poster and PowerPoint format. This research was also published in the Journal of the American Veterinary Medical Association. 

Upon graduation, Dr. Jablinski taught food animal medicine & surgery at Iowa State University. This included teaching and advising fourth-year veterinary students during their clinical year and third-year students in the food animal medicine course. These subjects included hepatic pathology, neurology, dermatology, and camelid medicine. She would often use gamification and other interactive methods to teach students difficult concepts or improve success on the NAVLE. She was part of a team that received a grant for 3D printed models to teach veterinary students in their second and third years. She was also an active member of the Iowa Veterinary Medical Association.

From there, Dr. Jablinski wanted to diversify her experience to be an advisor to veterinary students with varying goals, so she landed in private mixed practice in the southwest U.S. She works on various species, including horses, cattle, dogs, cats, sheep, goats, llamas, alpacas and pigs. She enjoys getting to know each student and their joys outside of the vet clinic.

Dr. Jablinski discovered during vet school that the best way for her to study and communicate ideas is through visualization and art. She enjoys incorporating this tactic into her advising role as she discovers more about students' personas. With her unique experiences in several avenues within the veterinary field, she loves supporting less-than-traditional routes to help students achieve their vision of the veterinarian they want to become, while paying attention to the important details in an application packet that make a candidate competitive. She values the importance of incorporating every passion into the life that students want to have as a veterinarian and beyond.

Dr. Jablinski's in-depth knowledge of the research surrounding traits of successful veterinary students reinforces the support she provides pre-veterinary students in their journey. Her Jablinski’s admissions committee experience at Iowa State and Kansas State has provided her insight into the importance of a robust applicant profile and having a true sense of individuality as an applicant. She is also passionate about presenting data around mindset and how that affects success in veterinary students, interns and residents, offering a pathway to success.

Dr. Jablinski’s varied roles in academic, advanced training, leadership, mentorship, research, and private practice make her a seasoned mentor in vet school admissions. Beyond the attention to detail in application technicalities, Dr. Jablinski’s counselling sessions are centered around visualizing the path forward, structured time management, positive and realistic encouragement, and highlighting the originality of the applicant.

Dr. Nwajei earned a BS in biology from the University of Houston, where she cultivated her early interest in the biological sciences and academic mentorship through the Mu Delta Pre-Health Organization. Before pursuing her medical degree, Dr. Nwajei completed an MS in biomedical science at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she researched neuropharmacology and psychostimulant effects on learning and memory. In medical school, Dr. Nwajei was a recipient of multiple academic honors, including the Fannie H. Emmanuel, MD Memorial Endowed Scholarship, the CMS Class of 1970 Honorary Endowed Scholarship, and the Society of Interventional Radiology GEMS (Grants for Education of Medical Students) Scholarship—a national award recognizing her outstanding leadership and academic potential.

Dr. Nwajei’s research and academic contributions reflect her intellectual curiosity and commitment to advancing medical knowledge. Her work has included projects on machine learning applications in musculoskeletal imaging, advanced neuroimaging of ovarian masses, and case studies in cerebrovascular and hematologic disorders. She has presented her findings at multiple academic venues, including the Society of Interventional Radiology and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital’s Clinical Poster Day.

In addition to her scholarly achievements, Dr. Nwajei has demonstrated exceptional leadership throughout her medical education. She served as President of the Interventional Radiology Interest Group, leading initiatives to engage students in procedural medicine and research, and held leadership roles in national and community health organizations such as RAD-AID International, New Life Volunteering Service, and the Cook County Physicians Association. Her service to underrepresented communities through health fairs and public health outreach underscores her lifelong dedication to improving access to care.

Dr. Nwajei also brings extensive pre-clinical and laboratory experience to her professional portfolio. Prior to medical school, she worked as an associate scientist at Abbott Laboratories, where she supported global clinical studies and contributed to innovations in diagnostic assay development. These roles strengthened her analytical acumen and her passion for scientific integrity—skills that now enhance her approach to evidence-based medicine and mentoring.

As a medical consultant, Dr. Nwajei leverages her multidisciplinary background to guide aspiring physicians through the complex medical school admissions process. Her approach is highly personalized—rooted in empathy, structure, and a deep understanding of what admissions committees seek.

What distinguishes Dr. Nwajei as a consultant is her ability to merge mentorship with motivation. Dr. Clift earned her Bachelor of Science in marine biology and chemistry from the University of Tampa, followed by her DVM from Colorado State University. This diverse educational background, coupled with her practical experience, positions her as an excellent guide for students interested in veterinary medicine, including those with a focus on marine life.

Dr. Clift's passion for marine conservation and veterinary medicine grew throughout her varied experiences. After completing her undergraduate degree, she spent three years in Costa Rica as a marine conservationist, working with sea turtles and fisheries. This hands-on experience in conservation work solidified her decision to pursue veterinary medicine as a way to combine her interests in conservation, marine animals, and animal health.

Her strengths lie in her ability to provide insights into both the academic and practical aspects of pursuing a career in veterinary medicine, especially in specialized fields like marine animal care. During her time at Colorado State University's veterinary school, she participated in competitive programs such as AQUAVET and SeaVet, adding to her marine animal medical training. Her experiences with prestigious externships, including one at the Smithsonian's National Zoo and Conservation Biology Institute, and her research work with Colorado's Parks and Wildlife Aquatic Health Lab, give her a wealth of knowledge to share with aspiring veterinarians.

Dr. Clift's commitment to mentoring is evident throughout her academic and professional journey. From supporting fellow students during her undergraduate years to her current role with Inspira Advantage, she has consistently sought opportunities to guide and inspire others. Her experience in editing personal statements, refining CVs, and conducting mock interviews is particularly valuable for students navigating the competitive veterinary school application process.

Beyond her professional achievements, Dr. Clift's passion for marine life and conservation continues to drive her career. Her journey from studying marine biology to working as a conservationist, and finally becoming a veterinarian specializing in marine animals, serves as an inspiring example for students eager to pursue their passions. As she continues her work in Hawaii, Dr. Clift remains dedicated to helping the next generation of veterinarians realize their ambitions and make meaningful contributions to the field.

Dr. Podury is currently an Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery resident at the University of California San Diego. Before beginning her residency, she earned a BA in neuroscience from Cornell University, where she was a Hunter R. Rawlings Presidential Research Scholar, Barry M. Goldwater Scholar Honorable Mention, and a Phi Beta Kappa member. She earned her MD from Harvard Medical School in the Harvard-MIT Health Sciences and Technology Program.

During her time at Cornell, Dr. Podury earned several awards in recognition of her research, including the Einhorn Discovery Grant, the Zuckerman Prize for Excellence in Bioengineering Research, the Ewing Family Service Award, and the Menschell Cornell Commitment Award. While studying neural circuits, Archana worked at a syringe exchange in Ithaca, New York, where she witnessed firsthand the mechanics of court-based drug rehabilitation. Listening to patients’ stories deepened her conviction that science alone could not capture multiple dimensions of health and disease, which paved her path toward medicine.

At Harvard, Dr. Podury received $90,000 in scholarship support as a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow and David Margin Graduate Student Leadership Fellow; she was also a recipient of the Massachusetts Medical Society Information Technology Award and Freeberg Student Research Award. Her work has centered on developing technologies to improve patient’s quality of life. In the Boyden Lab at MIT, she used optical imaging methods to characterize circuit dysfunction in human brain organoid models of neurodevelopmental disease, culminating in a publication in Nature. 

Dr. Podury worked in the Dhand Lab at Brigham and Women’s Hospital to apply network science tools to understand how patients’ social environments influence their health outcomes during disability. She is currently working in the Otopathology lab at Massachusetts Eye & Ear to study implant options for patients with sensorineural hearing loss and is applying machine learning methods to study surgical outcomes.

As an admissions coach, she enjoys listening to students' stories and is committed to helping them communicate their interests genuinely and in alignment with their values.

Dr. Winchester completed her undergraduate studies at Columbia College at Columbia University, receiving a full academic scholarship as an honored John Jay Scholar. While pursuing her studies, she worked in a genomics lab conducting bench research. 

After her undergraduate education, Dr. Winchester took a two-year break to work in clinical research. She initially worked for Dr. Chan, exploring the role of genetic mutations in sensorineural hearing loss, and then focused on clinical research projects involving virology and the spread of disease at the NYULH Department of Emergency Medicine. Despite her busy schedule, she also tutored high school students in preparation for the SAT/ACT while applying to medical schools herself. Dr. Winchester attended NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s accelerated 3-year pathway and is training in the Department of Otolaryngology. After residency, she hopes to pursue a fellowship in Neurotology. 

Throughout her academic journey, Dr. Winchester has always been passionate about mentorship. She has tutored middle schoolers in science and math and assisted them with SAT/ACT preparation and college essays. While in medical school, she was involved in admissions, participating in the NYU multiple mini interview process. 

As an admissions coach, Dr. Winchester enjoys helping students identify and communicate their strengths and passions through their applications. Recognizing that every applicant has key strengths that they need to frame, she enjoys helping them determine their best approach. Her greatest strengths include helping students develop their personal stories and organization – think a good to-do list and lots of color coding!

Dr. Kumar’s academic journey began at the University of Southern California, where he was part of the prestigious Resident Honors Program. This program allowed him to attend college one year early with a partial-tuition scholarship, demonstrating his exceptional academic abilities

Dr. Kumar graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and a minor in business finance from USC. Notably, he was one of the youngest students in his graduating medical school class. He earned his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, where he demonstrated a passion for leadership and mentorship.

He has worked as a research assistant at USC, where he conducted research under the guidance of Dr. Judith Hirsch. He also worked as a paid research fellow at the National Institutes of Health, where he modified a dichoptic learning task to alleviate suppression in amblyopic individuals.

Dr. Kumar's experience in mentoring has been highly successful, with several students achieving successful application cycles under his guidance. He is excited to continue his passion for mentorship through Inspira Advantage, where he can share his knowledge and expertise with aspiring medical students.

As a mentor, Dr. Kumar brings academic excellence, leadership experience, and passion for helping others to guide students through the complexities of medical school admissions. His approach is supportive and insightful, drawing from his own experiences as a medical student and mentoring 150+ pre-med students.

Dr. Gupta’s higher education journey began at Duke University, where he graduated summa cum laude with a degree in biomedical engineering, earning departmental distinction for his exceptional academic performance. Dr. Gupta worked as a bioengineer before attending JHUSOM, a role he continued throughout medical school and residency. Throughout medical school, Dr. Gupta was awarded multiple research grants totaling over $300,000. He was also awarded Best Poster at a Johns Hopkins Medical Student Research Symposium.

Dr. Gupta’s passion for counseling stems from the support he has received from great mentors throughout his life. Dr. Gupta recognizes the value of having a supportive mentor on this challenging journey, and he is dedicated to providing that same level of support to students. Students he has mentored have gained acceptance to prestigious medical schools, including Harvard, Duke, Johns Hopkins, Stanford, UChicago, among others.

What sets Dr. Gupta apart as a consultant is his personalized approach. He works with a small handful of students each year, providing them with dedicated attention and crafting unique, specific plans to maximize their success. He believes that each applicant is different and should not be treated as fitting into a cookie-cutter mold.

Dr. Gupta's greatest strengths as a coach lie in his extensive experience with consulting and his ability to quickly identify a student’s strengths and weaknesses. In his mentoring role, he excels at helping applicants craft narratives that highlight their individual experiences and create cohesive stories. His experience as an alumni interviewer at Duke and his success in guiding numerous students through the medical school application process make him a valuable resource for aspiring medical professionals. His mentorship spans a wide range, from middle school to medical students, demonstrating his adaptability and commitment to education at all levels.

Each counseling session with Dr. Gupta is goal-oriented yet flexible to accommodate the unexpected. Dr. Gupta's nontraditional interests and experiences in medicine position him to guide students with diverse backgrounds and aspirations. Dr. Parmar is a highly skilled dental admissions expert with a deep understanding of the application process and the rigorous journey from undergraduate studies to dental school. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and molecular biology with honors from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before attending the Boston University School of Dental Medicine. Over the course of her academic and professional journey, Dr. Parmar has gained invaluable insights into the admissions process, the challenges of dental school, and what it takes for candidates to stand out.

Dr. Parmar’s passion for coaching stems from a genuine desire to see students succeed. Having personally experienced the challenges of dental school admissions, Dr. Parmar is committed to empowering applicants to confidently navigate the process and take purposeful steps to strengthen their candidacy. She understands that a dental school application is more than just a list of grades and test scores; it’s a reflection of who the applicant is and what they can bring to the profession.

Dr. Parmar’s roles as Matriculation Coordinator and Ambassador have allowed her to work closely with new students navigating the transition to dental school. This unique experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of what dental schools are looking for in applicants. Dr. Parmar has interacted with countless prospective students and incoming DMD students, and has observed firsthand the qualities that make an applicant truly shine in the admissions process.

Dr. Parmar’s greatest strength as a coach is helping students identify what will make their applications stand out. She excels at guiding applicants to recognize their unique strengths—whether it’s their academic achievements, extracurricular experiences, or personal qualities—and showing them how to highlight these aspects to make a memorable impact strategically. She ensures that applicants meet all academic prerequisites and helps them build a well-rounded profile through clinical shadowing, volunteer work, and leadership roles. 

Through careful analysis and tailored advice, Dr. Parmar helps students optimize their application journey, from refining their personal statements and secondary essays to obtaining recommendation letters and preparing for interviews. She also ensures students stay organized, meet deadlines, and manage waitlist situations effectively. Dr. Parmar’s topmost priority is to help each applicant present themselves as dedicated, passionate candidates, maximizing their chances of admission to the dental school that best aligns with their aspirations.

Born and raised in Clearwater, Florida, Dr. Clark always knew she wanted to be a veterinarian. Her passion for animals led her to the University of Florida for her undergraduate studies, where she double-majored in animal science and Spanish language and was a member of the Delta Zeta sorority. Dr. Clark not only excelled academically, but gained valuable hands-on experience by volunteering at local small animal clinics and working overnight shifts as a research assistant on a canine gene therapy study.

In her junior year, Dr. Clark was in a car accident that left her unable to walk for six months. Despite this adversity, she preserved and achieved a 4.0 GPA. At the end of her senior year, she was awarded the Greek Academic Achievement Award—the highest academic honor in Greek Life, awarded to only one candidate annually.

After being admitted to several veterinary schools across the country, Dr. Clark decided on a new adventure and moved to California to attend the University of California Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. She focused her studies on the small animal track and used her time away from studies to explore California and have unique experiences that kept her motivated.

Dr. Clark understands that there is no one “formula” to get admitted to veterinary school. As an admissions coach, she is passionate about guiding prospective veterinary students, believing that authenticity and personal growth are key to success. She’s eager to help future veterinarians navigate this exciting chapter of their educational and professional careers!

Dr. Johnson’s academic journey began at the University of Denver, where he graduated summa cum laude with a BS in biological sciences and minors in leadership studies, medical physics, chemistry, and psychology. During college, Dr. Johnson was actively involved in various health-related settings. He served as a DU Thrive Peer Health Educator, developing programs and implementing outreach efforts that addressed topics such as sexual health, mental health, and alcohol and other drugs. He also volunteered as a Care Coordinator for the DAWN free clinic, managing the care of uninsured patients alongside medical, dental, pharmacy, and nursing students to ensure culturally sensitive continuity of treatment. Additionally, he was a student EMT during the inaugural year of the DU EMS Rapid Response Unit. 

At Stanford, Dr. Johnson pursued a dedicated research year investigating novel topical treatments for Epidermolysis Bullosa Simplex (EBS) and validating clinical severity scoring tools for future EBS interventional studies. His role as President of the DU Pre-Health Club and participation in the DU Pioneer Leadership and Stanford Leadership in Health Disparities programs further highlight his dedication to becoming a socially conscious physician leader.

Dr. Johnson's passion for mentorship has culminated in a diverse set of experiences ranging from intensive one-on-one sessions with prospective professional students to leading large group events designed to level the playing field in test-taking, research, and the admissions process. As a future dermatologist from a rural Colorado town with no immediate or extended family members in healthcare, he is excited to guide the next generation of physician leaders from all backgrounds in achieving their goals. 

Outside of his academic pursuits, Dr. Johnson enjoys partaking in athletics, lifting weights, watching movies, and exploring new food spots with his wife, who is a physician assistant. 

Dr. Harmon grew up on a hobby farm surrounded by horses, chickens, cats, dogs, goats, and the occasional reptile. She completed her undergraduate degrees in biology and Spanish at Indiana University, earning High Distinction, General Honors Notation, and the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa membership. 

Throughout her veterinary school journey, she demonstrated a strong commitment to helping others navigate the complex application process. She worked as a tour guide, admissions assistant, and student advisor, leveraging her firsthand experience to connect with prospective and current applicants. She served as the President of Colorado State University's Student Chapter of the American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) and participated in the AAEP Retention Task Force.

In addition to her dedication to mentorship, Dr. Harmon held leadership positions and received notable recognition for her contributions to the field. Her exceptional performance and commitment to equine medicine earned her the Colorado State University Equine Surgical Service Award. 

As a practicing veterinarian, Dr. Harmon's clinical interests include emergency medicine, surgery, and client communication. She understands the importance of not only providing exceptional medical care but also effectively communicating with pet owners to ensure the best possible outcomes.

In her role as an admissions coach, Dr. Harmon leverages her extensive knowledge of the veterinary application process to guide applicants through school selection and application strategies. She excels at identifying each applicant's traits and experiences, helping them present their strengths in the most competitive manner possible. She also emphasizes the importance of understanding the human component of veterinary medicine, which is often overlooked but essential for success in the field.

Dr. Grugan has authored multiple publications in clinical emergency medicine and has contributed to medical education as a long-standing content author. He has delivered grand rounds lectures as well as residency and fellowship-level educational sessions, reflecting his commitment to advancing clinical knowledge and supporting the next generation of emergency physicians.

With 10 years of mentorship experience, Dr. Grugan's approach to coaching is structured, as he provides clear, step-by-step guidance and organization throughout the process. This rigorous method is balanced by an analytical focus, with logic-driven and evidence-based strategies. He excels at remaining goal-oriented, ensuring that every effort prioritizes measurable outcomes and milestones for each student.

Dr. Park graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with the highest honors and a research distinction. At UGA, he rowed for the UGA Crew Team, led over 8 campus organizations, led the genetic engineering team to a gold medal at an international competition against >300 teams, interned at the Institute for Disaster Management, established the UGA STEM Research Alliance, and was awarded the Presidential Award of Excellence as one of the overall top 1% graduate students. He also had several international study and healthcare experiences in South Korea, Spain, and Vietnam as a Freeman-Asia Scholar and a visiting student intern.

At Vanderbilt, Dr. Park led several mentoring, patient care, and advocacy initiatives. He was the director of the Shade Tree Plastic Surgery & Wound Care clinic, which provides free care to underserved patients who require plastic surgery procedures and wound care in Nashville, TN.  To improve patient care and access, he served as a subcommittee leader on the Vanderbilt Medical Center’s High-Value Care Committee and as a board member of the Vanderbilt Tennessee Medical Association chapter. He mentored students from various backgrounds and interests when he served as the leader of the Plastic Surgery Interest Group. During this time, he also served as a medical writer for the Journal of Medical Insight. 

Before residency, he also completed a dual research fellowship as a fully funded Vanderbilt Medical Scholar in Plastic Surgery and Hematology/Oncology, where he researched patient-reported outcomes measures, biomedical ethics, and immune checkpoint inhibitors. This research resulted in >20 publications, numerous podium and poster presentations at national and international meetings, several major international studies, and a grant from the National Center for Advancing Translational Science. Several of his works were published in high-impact journals such as JAMA Pediatrics and featured in news outlets. 

As a first-generation physician and the son of immigrant parents, Dr. Park has the lived experience to help guide others who are on a similar path. His greatest strengths include his ability to work with all types of candidates due to the diverse experiences he’s encountered in most general premed activities, including athletics, research, community service, experiences abroad, teaching, social advocacy, legislation, medical employment, etc. These experiences have allowed him to successfully match into a top-tier medical school and residency program.

Before attending medical school, Dr. Gebregziabher graduated from Haverford College with a BS in chemistry. As a college student, he served as an undergraduate research assistant at Haverford College and Temple University. He also served as a research specialist at the University of Pennsylvania and the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Gebregziabher’s scholarship includes co–co-authorship in high‑impact journals such as Nature and Nature Medicine and the Journal of Clinical Oncology, covering topics like ferroptosis in tumor‑associated neutrophils, global health, and oncology research.

Dr. Gebregziabher earned the competitive C.V. Starr full‑ride scholarship and was named a Koshland Integrated Natural Sciences Center Scholar during his undergraduate years. At Stanford School of Medicine, he received the prestigious full-ride John Arillaga Scholarship and participated as a Med Scholars, MLT, and Consortium Fellow. He also received the Apple Investigator Support grant. 

Dr. Gebregziabher supports students through every step of the BS/MD application process, from application strategy to interview preparation and beyond. His experience navigating college and medical admissions as an international student from Ethiopia himself gives him a unique perspective on the process and how applicants can stand out. 

Dr. Gebregziabher is passionate about providing inclusive, accessible mentorship. While he is passionate about helping all students realize their medical school dreams, he is especially motivated to support international students, students with academic challenges, re‑applicants, and those from first‑generation, underrepresented, or non‑traditional backgrounds.
