Dr. Crawford is an emergency medicine resident who graduated from Yale School of Medicine. He continues to be actively involved in the education of medical students rotating through the emergency department. He teaches procedures, provides high-yield lectures, and offers valuable advice on residency interviews, drawing from his own experiences and insights.

Before medical school, Dr. Crawford graduated summa cum laude from the University of Kansas with a degree in ecology. His curiosity and drive led him to pursue various experiences during college, including studying aspens in Colorado through an NSF grant, interning at the world's largest country radio talk show in Nashville, and working in an orthopedic clinic at a ski resort.

During college his undergraduate years, Dr. Crawford worked as a teaching assistant for introductory biology, advanced biology, and organic chemistry I and II and advanced biology courses, as well as organic chemistry I and II. In these roles, he led lectures, organized small group review sessions, and graded exams, honing his skills in effective communication and student engagement.

Dr. Crawford's passion for medicine led him to the Yale School of Medicine, where his exceptional performance earned him the prize for education in Emergency Medicine at graduation for his MD thesis. 

Throughout his academic journey, Dr. Crawford has demonstrated a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring. While in medical school, he shared his knowledge and passion for anatomy by teaching cadaver-based courses to high school and college students.

Dr. Crawford's genuine interest in helping others succeed has driven him to work with science and medically inclined students at various stages of their education, from high school to medical school. He is particularly passionate about assisting students with interviewing techniques and crafting compelling personal statements.
