Before attending Tufts University School of Medicine, Dr. Collier graduated from the University of Denver, where she completed a double major in biology and biochemistry and received the Gates Millennium Scholarship. Throughout her training, Dr. Collier has earned significant recognition for her contributions to medical education and leadership. She received the Resident as Teacher Award from the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine and was selected as a keynote speaker at the 21st Century Academic Forum at Harvard Medical School. Her selection as Chief Resident at the Christ Hospital/University of Cincinnati reflected her standing as the top-performing resident in her program, underscoring her commitment to clinical excellence and peer mentorship.
After completing her residency, Dr. Collier served as clinical professor of medicine and attending physician at the Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center before transitioning to AdventHealth. She served as a faculty preceptor and portfolio coach, guiding medical students through their clinical training and professional development.
As a counselor, Dr. Collier draws on her extensive experience in medical education and admissions to help students build compelling, well-rounded applications. Students she has mentored have gone on to earn acceptances at institutions including Brown University, Tufts University, Ohio State University, the University of Colorado, and the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Collier is passionate about helping aspiring physicians navigate the path to medical school with confidence and clarity.
