Dr. Marion has served as both an interviewer and an admissions committee member for medical school and pediatric residency programs at Morehouse School of Medicine for over nine years, including participating in final decision discussions. This experience gives her a nuanced understanding of what admissions committees seek at each stage of the process. She serves as community faculty at Morehouse School of Medicine, where she enjoys teaching and mentoring the next generation of physicians. Since becoming an attending physician, Dr. Marion has been recognized as Community Preceptor of the Year, Community Faculty Member of the Year, and as an exemplar of service on hospital wards, reflecting her commitment to education, leadership, and patient care. She currently works as a pediatric hospitalist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta.
