Before medical school, Dr. d’Antonio-Bertagnolli graduated from Saint Joseph’s University with a BS in psychology and a minor in chemistry. While she was an undergraduate, she began her lifelong commitment to research in comparative psychology and biochemistry labs, resulting in research publications and national presentations in both disciplines. As a physician, she continues to present seminars across the country, including at the Family Medicine Education Consortium and Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference. Dr. d’Antonio-Bertagnolli has also been published in multiple academic journals. Her quantitative and qualitative research addresses complex questions in medical ethics, guidelines, and access to care.
Throughout her academic and clinical career, Dr. d’Antonio-Bertagnolli has demonstrated a strong commitment to her peers through tutoring, application support, and mentorship. She has served on professional committees and has mentored students at multiple stages of their development.
