Dr. Joshua Dang, Med School Admissions Consultant at Inspira Advantage

Dr. Dang graduated with an MD on a merit scholarship from California University of Science and Medicine, where he served as an admissions committee member. With ten years of teaching and mentorship experience, students he has coached have been accepted to medical programs at Stanford, Duke, Cornell, UCLA, the University of Southern California, the University of Washington, Case Western Reserve, and others.

Before medical school, Dr. Dang earned a BS in microbiology from the University of Washington. He has authored scientific publications in leading journals, including Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science and Microbiology Spectrum, and has presented research at international conferences hosted by organizations such as the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology and the American Association for Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus. His research contributions have earned recognition through multiple competitive awards and grants, including travel grants from the National Eye Institute and the National Institutes of Health.

Dr. Dang has helped many students score highly on the MCAT, gain acceptance into medical school, and get selected for competitive research fellowships. He has been passionately teaching and mentoring for over a decade, including a microbiology course at the University of Washington.
