Before attending the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, Donovan earned a BS in biological sciences from the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB), graduating with highest honors, a 3.97 GPA, and recognition in the top 2.5% of his class. He achieved a 520 DAT score, including a perfect biology section score.
