Dr. Nicky Chopra, Med School Admissions Consultant at Inspira Advantage

Dr. Chopra graduated from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where she served as an interviewer for the admissions committee. Before attending medical school, Dr. Chopra attended Cornell University, where she worked in student admissions. Her extensive admissions and coaching experience has provided her with expert insights into how to position applicants for medical school acceptance.

Dr. Chopra began her higher education at Cornell University, where she graduated with a BA in philosophy and religious studies. As an undergraduate, she won a prestigious scholarship to study for one year at Oxford University. Before attending medical school, Dr. Chopra demonstrated exceptional leadership by creating a five-day health policy conference at Cornell, which, alongside her well-crafted application, helped her secure interviews at several top medical schools. She ultimately received a half-tuition merit-based scholarship to attend the University of Texas Southwestern, where she graduated with an MD.

After medical school, Dr. Chopra matched with and completed her training at her first-choice residency, the University of Colorado Family Medicine Residency Program. She has since transitioned to a non-clinical career as a healthcare consultant in the tech industry.

With years of coaching experience, Dr. Chopra has helped many students gain acceptance to prestigious medical schools at Yale, Baylor, Meharry, and other institutions. As a coach, Dr. Chopra is approachable and encouraging, creating a positive atmosphere that makes applicants feel comfortable sharing their stories. Her structured approach to admissions consulting and goal-oriented attitude help students lay the building blocks for a stellar application.
