Harvard School of Dental Medicine

Amy graduated from Wellesley College before studying at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine. She has extensive experience in pre-dental mentorship, leadership, and research. At Harvard, Amy serves on the admissions committee and leads the Pre-Dental Committee for the school’s American Student Dental Association (ASDA) Chapter. In this role, she introduces the dental student experience to prospective applicants from underserved backgrounds and coordinates a mock interview program to support them through the admissions process.

Carrie attended the University of Texas at Tyler before pursuing her DDS at the University of Texas Health Houston School of Dentistry. At Tyler, she graduated magna cum laude with a BS in biochemistry and was awarded the Presidential Fellow's Scholarship. Dr. Dash is a general dentist with more than a decade of experience. She graduated with a BS in biology from Hampton University before attending the Howard University College of Dentistry, where she has served as an admissions committee member for 13 years. She completed her general practice residency at Bronx Lebanon Hospital Center, where she gained advanced training in comprehensive and emergency care.

University of Michigan School of Dentistry

Dr. Simmons, a University of Michigan School of Dentistry graduate, completed the Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry and Ascension Healthcare System. She received interviews and scholarship offers from every dental school she applied to. Passionate about mentoring, Dr. Simmons served as a student mentor throughout dental school, adding to the talent and diversity of future dentists.

Dr. Alexandra (Alex) Stein attended Emory University for her undergraduate education before completing dental school at Penn Dental and pursuing an orthodontic residency at Columbia University. She has spent years interviewing and meeting with prospective orthodontics residents, relaying the information to the department heads, and contributing to the selection of the most promising candidates.

Dr. Gramacy is a periodontics resident and the current Chief Resident at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Before attending the University of California, San Francisco School of Dentistry for her DDS, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Florida. She has spent over seven years working directly in dental school and residency admissions across UCSF and Columbia, evaluating more than 500 applications and participating in interview-day decision-making.

Dr. Nazari is a double graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned both her BS in biology and her DMD. During dental school, she served as a student member of the admissions committee, President of the University of Florida College of Dentistry Dental Ambassadors, and the Student Affairs Committee Chair for her class for all four years. In her admissions role, she reviewed more than 300 applications, interviewed applicants, and contributed to admissions decisions.

Dr. Ng is an orthodontic resident at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dental Medicine. He completed a General Practice residency at New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital where he gained additional experience in hospital dentistry and advanced general dentistry procedures and was awarded Resident of the Year in his cohort.

Dr. Wallace earned a DMD from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, where he represented students nationwide as National President of the Student National Dental Association. Dr. Sonnenberg is a pediatric dentist who earned a BS in biology from the University of Connecticut and a DDS from Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. He joined Flanders Pediatric Dentistry, a well-established private practice in Flanders, New Jersey, as Interim CEO & Pediatric Dentist. This practice, founded by his father in the early 1980s, has a long-standing reputation for providing exceptional dental care to the community.

University of Minnesota School of Dentistry

Dr. Dutt graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, where he served as President of the American Dental Education Association Student Chapter, representing the school internationally. He currently serves as a General Dentist within the US Navy, optimizing dental health for 8,600 warfighters aboard NAS Whidbey Island.

Dr. Garofalo is a general dentist with a passion for helping students navigate the journey to dental school. With five years of coaching experience, Dr. Garofalo takes a thoughtful, student-centered approach to supporting applicants with care, insight, and practical guidance.

Dr. Pascal is a general dentist, educator, and aspiring philanthropist. She graduated with a BS in biology from Oakwood University before earning a DDS from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry (LLUSD) with multiple Dean’s List honors. With over a decade of mentorship, she has guided aspiring dental professionals through candidacy building, application building, and interview preparation.

Director of Advising

Dr. Anderson is a general dentist who earned a DMD from the University of Florida College of Dentistry after completing a BS in nutritional sciences at the same institution. He spent three years on the University of Florida College of Dentistry admissions committee as one of three selected, where he evaluated 150 applications and interviewed over 100 candidates. Dr. Anderson currently practices general dentistry in the New York City area.

Director of Advising

Dr. Everlith actively contributed to the dental community at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine as an admissions ambassador, serving as a liaison between applicants and the administration. She acted as President of Philly Phaces, Penn Dental's craniofacial awareness organization, and the First-Generation Professional Students' Society. She also served as Chapter Secretary for the American Student Dental Association at Penn.

While at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, Dr. Bowen served as a student ambassador—today, she collaborates with the admissions office for recruitment activities.

Dr. Im began her dental school journey in high school, matriculating into the Villanova University and Penn Dental seven-year program. Upon graduation, she applied to and completed her Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency through the Air Force, graduating at the top of her class. She was a Captain in the military serving in Washington, D.C., and overseas in South Korea until recently—she now works at a private practice.

Dr. Perry is a dental resident, educator, and mentor with a longstanding commitment to academic coaching and empowering students from underrepresented backgrounds. Dr. Fadie is a board-certified specialist in pediatric dentistry. She is an expert in working with children and is a speech and language pathologist. Dr. Fadie works primarily in clinical dentistry and lectures annually to pediatric dental residents.
