Before attending the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine , Yousef graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a BS in biological sciences. With three years of tutoring experience, Yousef has helped test-takers achieve 523+ scores on the MCAT, with students increasing their scores by an average of 12 points.

At UC Santa Barbara, Yousef earned Dean’s Honors recognition and received the Connie Frank Scholarship. He has also conducted research in genetics, cancer biology, and cellular communication. Throughout college, Yousef tutored organic chemistry and worked with students to help them master scientific concepts and develop effective study strategies.
