Jenna Lee, Private MCAT Tutor at Inspira Advantage

Jenna graduated from Rice University with a double major in psychological sciences and neuroscience, with a minor in biochemistry and cell biology. Jenna has over six years of tutoring experience and achieved a top MCAT score, including a perfect score in the Critical Analysis and Reasoning Skills (CARS) section. She is a compassionate and skilled tutor dedicated to helping aspiring physicians master challenging topics.

Currently, Jenna works as a clinical research coordinator at The Menninger Clinic, one of the nation's top-ranked psychiatric hospitals, where she conducts mental health research. She recently authored a manuscript on neurological biomarkers of alcohol use disorder that was published in The American Journal on Addictions. Before joining The Menninger Clinic, she worked as a medical scribe at Houston Methodist Hospital, gaining firsthand exposure to clinical medicine.

Jenna started tutoring while still in high school and later became a peer educator for Rice University's general physics courses, where she taught students topics ranging from mechanics and dynamics to electricity and magnetism. She received the Legacy Award upon graduating for her contributions as a peer educator. After college, she joined a private tutoring firm and continued to hone her ability to break down difficult concepts and adapt her teaching to a wide range of learning styles.

Jenna specializes in the CARS and Chemical and Physical Foundations of Biological Systems sections. Having tutored students of all ages and learning abilities, Jenna considers education to be one of her life's passions alongside medicine. Students she has tutored have recognized her for her expertise and kindness and appreciate her innovative, personalized lessons. Jenna can empathize with students who see the MCAT as a daunting task and aims to make test prep more approachable, one step at a time.
