At the University of Georgia, Anvith conducted developmental genetics research as a research assistant. As an MD/PhD student at Vanderbilt University, he is conducting doctoral research on how blood vessels shape abnormal bone growth in pediatric disease. He has over 30 publications, including Annals of Plastic Surgery, the Journal of Cellular and Molecular Medicine, the Journal of Plastic, Reconstructive & Aesthetic Surgery, and other journals.
With six years of tutoring experience, Anvith is intimately familiar with the ins and outs of standardized exams like the MCAT. He treats content mastery and test-taking strategies as equally teachable and adapts to each student's learning style. Beyond the material itself, he focuses on the factors that separate a good score from a great one: pacing, test-taking strategy, staying steady under time pressure, and building confidence. Anvith’s goal is for every student to increase their MCAT scores and learn the habits and self-assurance they need to meet whatever academic challenge comes next.
