If you meet the conditions for your applicable group and the program-wide conditions outlined below, the Inspira Residency Match Guarantee applies: if you do not match to a categorical residency position the first time you apply with our help, including through the Supplemental Offer and Acceptance Program (SOAP), we will work with you again next cycle to rework your application at no cost (including a personal statement and ERAS experiences section rewrite, as well as general advising). No program signaling strategy or interview preparation is provided through our guarantee, but it can be added if you wish.

At Inspira Advantage, we're committed to providing the support aspiring physicians deserve to match into residency. As such, we strive to guarantee the quality of application aspects within our control, including application documents, program signaling strategy, and interview preparation. However, there are many moving pieces in a residency application; other important selection factors we don't have control over include your USMLE/COMLEX scores, medical school transcript, MSPE, letters of recommendation, and clinical performance evaluations. Our promise of a match extends to individuals who meet the requirements below and are invited to at least one interview (interview invitations depend on all selection factors, including those outside our control).

To be eligible for the Inspira Match Guarantee, you must:

Additionally, you must follow our counselors' instructions throughout the entire program, including application review, signaling strategy, and interview preparation. Our coaching only works if you implement our suggestions; we will seek the final approval of your counselor and Student Success Manager once your Inspira Match Guarantee request comes in.

Our promise is clear: if you meet all requirements, have implemented your counselor's expert insights, and do not match to a categorical residency position through either the NRMP main Match or SOAP, you will have 5 days from Match Day (the Friday of Match Week) to claim your Inspira Match Guarantee. If we receive your formal request within these 5 days, we will work with you again next cycle for free to further refine your application (personal statement rewrite, ERAS experiences and impactful experiences redo, program list rebuild, and general advising). No program signaling strategy or interview preparation will be provided the second cycle, although it can be added if you wish.

For purposes of this guarantee, "matched" includes categorical placement through both the NRMP main Match and SOAP. Matching into a preliminary or transitional year position does not satisfy the guarantee. Withdrawal from the Match, failure to certify a rank order list, or failure to participate in SOAP when eligible voids the guarantee.

Please note that we reserve the right to request access to all submitted application items and official documents, such as your medical school transcript, MSPE, USMLE/COMLEX score reports, ERAS application, certified rank order list, NRMP Match results, and any SOAP correspondence. We will also connect with you to ensure the instructions you were provided were followed during your interview preparation and actual interviews. Finally, we will seek approval from your former Inspira Advantage counselor before approving any guarantees.
