During his undergraduate years, Adam was a highly engaged student leader. He served in the Student Government Association, held multiple executive roles in Pi Kappa Alpha, including Treasurer and External Vice President, and was elected President of the Interfraternity Council. His leadership was recognized with the chapter’s highest honor: the Brother of the Year Award. Adam also conducted research in the Prosser Lab, contributing to ALS gene suppression studies using a yeast model.

Adam’s passion for dentistry is personal, shaped by early shadowing experiences and inspired by his grandmother, a practicing dentist. He further developed clinical experience as an oral surgery assistant at Elevation Implant Services. At the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, he serves as an admissions ambassador and Social Chair, actively mentoring prospective students and creating community among his peers. He has consistently demonstrated academic excellence, earning Dean’s List recognition every semester and receiving multiple scholarships, including the George and Anita Rimler Scholarship and the Phillip P. Tarsovich Scholarship.

Adam’s strengths as a tutor lie in his deep understanding of the DAT and his keen ability to identify the unique challenges that limit each student’s progress. Known for being organized, goal-driven, and focused, Adam tailors each tutoring session to the needs of the student, whether that be following a structured lesson plan he devised or adapting the session to topics the student wishes to review. Students Adam has tutored have been accepted to the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Dentistry, NOVA College of Dental Medicine, and Eastern Virginia Medical School.

Adam believes in a concentrated, yet flexible, tutoring approach. His guiding principle as a tutor is to help each student find what works for them. With his blend of focus, relatability, and results-driven mindset, Adam is confident that he can help each student master the DAT by finding which approaches work for each student. 

Adam has a big presence on social media, where he shares educational and personal content on YouTube and TikTok. His story was also featured by VCU’s media team.

Aditi’s clinical experience as a veterinary assistant at the Animal Medical Clinic in Bristol, England, and volunteer work at an access-to-care clinic on weekends reflect her understanding of the broader social aspects of veterinary medicine. At Banfield Pet Hospital, she sharpened her technical and client communication skills. Volunteering at nonprofit clinics for low-income and unhoused clients inspired a deeper understanding of the barriers to care. This experience inspired Aditi to improve her Spanish fluency and led to a transformative externship at a low-cost clinic in Nicaragua. These experiences helped her develop a global perspective on veterinary medicine and fueled a commitment to helping underserved communities.

Through years of academic and professional experience, Aditi has developed a personalized and empathetic approach to coaching. Drawing on a deep understanding of the veterinary field and personal experiences navigating the demands of higher education, Aditi is skilled at helping applicants craft authentic and compelling narratives. Whether guiding someone to articulate their strengths or overcome imposter syndrome, she focuses on building confidence and showcases what makes each individual unique. Aditi believes mentorship is not just about guiding someone toward their goals—it’s about empowering them to own their story and take pride in their journey.

What sets Aditi apart as a consultant is her dedication and passion for helping students achieve their goals. She focuses on understanding each student's needs and tailors her strategies to provide personalized solutions. Her commitment to building strong, collaborative relationships ensures students feel supported throughout the process. Her goal is to help students feel confident in themselves and their applications, ensuring they have many choices when it comes to selecting a veterinary school.

In counseling sessions, Aditi approaches each student with a positive attitude and a focus on empowerment. She helps students identify their strengths and guides them in presenting themselves effectively. By creating detailed timelines, sending weekly reminders, and maintaining regular check-ins, she ensures students stay on track and feel supported throughout the process. She is dedicated to helping students from diverse backgrounds achieve their goals of getting accepted to vet school. Her open-mindedness and ability to see potential in everyone make her an excellent guide for aspiring veterinary students.

As a teaching assistant at Brown University, Adrian tutored pre-med students during office hours and weekly recitations, refining the one-on-one teaching skills that keep students engaged and improving. He also created approximately 1,000 Anki cards for introductory neuroscience, covering the entire course. This deck was used by 250+ students and helped reduce study time while boosting exam scores. His grasp of high-yield strategies makes him a strong tutor for students balancing the MCAT with jobs, classes, or other responsibilities.

Adrian has also volunteered for hundreds of hours on a crisis hotline and as a Spanish medical interpreter at a free clinic, shaping his compassionate, student-centered approach. Adrian worked full-time at Rhode Island Hospital, conducting clinical research on pediatric suicide prevention. This builds on his earlier published research on how trauma influences meditation-related adverse effects, now with a closer focus on immediate clinical interventions.

As a QuestBridge and Gates Scholar, Adrian worked throughout all eight semesters and four summers at Brown, including the summer he studied for the MCAT. This experience fueled his drive to find time-saving strategies, which helped him earn a 4.0 GPA and a top MCAT score. 

Now, he helps other pre-meds learn time management strategies, offering support for content review, breaking down different passage and question types across the four sections, and tackling complex figures. Adrian aims to teach MCAT strategies and approaches that prevent burnout and get results. Adrian knows the best resources for scoring 515+ on the MCAT, making him an excellent tutor for students aiming for 90th percentile scores or higher.
