Anika earned a Bachelor’s in biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin. She also holds three certificates in medical Spanish, business of healthcare, social inequality, health, and policy. She has extensive teaching experience spanning various fields, including providing piano lessons, teaching taekwondo, and serving as a teaching assistant for a biostatistics class.

Anika graduated as a distinguished college scholar for being in the top 4% of students in her area of study. In medical school, she is consistently in the top 10% of her class. At UT Southwestern, she pursued a dual degree as both an MD candidate and to earn an MPH. She was awarded the Hoffman Scholarship to cover her public health tuition and won the Erin Bain Jones Scholarship to contribute towards her medical education. She also earned the Presidential Volunteer Service Award during her first year as a medical student, demonstrating a strong commitment to service.

After achieving a top 1% MCAT score on her first attempt, Anika was inspired to help other students achieve similar success. Ayush graduated summa cum laude from Drexel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and minors in Art History and Business Administration. At Drexel and Harvard Medical School, Ayush conducted a wide array of research initiatives, leading to various publications and academic conference presentations in molecular biology, ophthalmology, ENT, telemedicine, and AI. He also co-founded the New Jersey chapter of a COVID-19 response organization that fills gaps in healthcare infrastructure with healthcare student volunteers. 

Ayush also served as a coordinator for the National Student Response Network, connecting over 300 returning healthcare student volunteers with their local NJ county public health departments, hospitals, and NGOs. Given these experiences, Ayush has a proven track record of success in helping a variety of applicants achieve high test scores and medical school admission. He is also passionate about mentoring applicants in crafting a cohesive and personal story to achieve their dreams of becoming a physician.
