Dr. Cheng attended the University of Southern California before enrolling at the Keck School of Medicine, pursuing the primary care track. She has four years of coaching and admissions experience, including serving on Keck's Evaluation and Selection Committee, interviewing prospective applicants, and on the Keck Admissions and Recruitment Committee, evaluating and voting for student admissions.

Dr. Rand is a resident physician at UC San Diego. She has served as a student interviewer at UC Irvine, where she honed her communication, organization, and empathy skills to guide students through their journey toward healthcare careers. She looks forward to helping students find structure, clarity, and confidence in their medical school applications.

Dr. Podury earned her MD from Harvard Medical School in the Harvard-MIT HST Program after completing her BA in Neuroscience at Cornell. With a talent for improving patients' lives through technology and research, she is eager to guide applicants through the admissions process.

Dr. Kirsch is an accomplished neurologist who earned an MD from Touro University Nevada, where he graduated in the top 5% of his class. He completed a rigorous neurology residency and epilepsy fellowship at Case Western Reserve University – University Hospitals, where his exemplary performance earned him multiple accolades, including the prestigious Intern of the Year Award.

Dr. Xiang graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College before attending Harvard Medical School's MD/MPH program, where he served on the admissions committee as an interviewer. He has extensive experience in mentoring medical students, including conducting mock interviews, writing committee letters, helping with primary applications, and serving as a non-resident tutor at Harvard.

Dr. Okeke is a neurology resident at the University of California, San Francisco. He graduated cum laude with an MD from the Emory School of Medicine, where he served as a group interviewer for the admissions committee and provided feedback on applicants’ candidacies. At Emory, his exceptional qualities were recognized with his induction into the Gold Humanism Honors Society.

Dr. Huell graduated from Georgia Tech before attending the NYU Grossman School of Medicine, where he received the full-ride Klara and Larry Silverstein Merit Scholarship. He served as an NYU admissions ambassador where he assisted with the recruitment of and retention of applicants and facilitated MMI interviews. Students Dr. Huell has coached have been accepted to nearly every top 20 medical school.

Dr. Lee attended the California Institute of Technology before enrolling in the University of Washington’s MD/PhD molecular and cellular biology program. He served as an interviewer and student admissions ambassador at the University of Washington School of Medicine and is currently researching immunotherapy development and immunology.

Dr. Keegan attended Georgetown University before attending the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine on a full-tuition merit scholarship. She has three years of admissions and mentorship experience, including serving as an admissions committee member at UChicago, as an advocacy ambassador where she mentored new and prospective students, as a teaching assistant for multiple courses, and as the Program Director of Chicagoland Free Clinics Consortium.

Dr. Godinich is a radiation oncology resident physician at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He graduated from the MD/MPH program at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, El Paso, and UTHealth School of Public Health. Dr. Godinich has extensive experience serving on admissions committees and participating in interview teams for medical school admissions, joint admission medical programs (JAMP), and other applicant evaluation initiatives across Texas.

Dr. Mullikin graduated from Duke University School of Medicine with an MD/MBA before matching with Duke’s plastic surgery residency program. She served on Duke’s admissions committee during medical school, where she reviewed applicant profiles, assessed their potential contributions, and championed holistic admissions practices.

Dr. Johnson earned his MD from Stanford University School of Medicine before matching into his first-choice residency program at Stanford Dermatology. He has also served on admissions committees for his medical school and residency program, bringing firsthand insight into how applicants are evaluated. Originally from a rural Colorado town with no immediate family members in healthcare, Dr. Johnson is passionate about helping students navigate the increasingly competitive path to medicine and residency training.

Dr. Sharma attended the University of Pennsylvania before attending the Perelman School of Medicine and the Wharton School to pursue an MD/MBA, fuelling her passion for healthcare delivery innovation at the intersection of business and medicine. After serving as a Perelman interviewer, she joined the admissions committee, equipping her with insider knowledge of what top medical schools seek.

Dr. Ravikumar graduated from the competitive College of New Jersey (TCNJ) BS/MD program, earning her MD from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS). She was a member of the NJMS Student Interviewing Committee, and has mentored several pre-med students and high schoolers interested in medicine.

Dr. Ramini is an ophthalmology resident at Loyola University Medical Center. He earned his MD from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, graduating with Honors in research. Dr. Ramini spent three years serving on the Loyola Stritch School of Medicine admissions committee, and he has over five years of experience in mentoring students with a proven track record of success.

Dr. Sarad is a general surgery resident at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center with 15+ years of experience in mentorship and admissions. She has served on admissions committees at the Keck Graduate Institute as a graduate admissions assistant and at the Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine as a student admissions liaison.
