Columbia University graduate and former admissions committee member Rohan Jotwani is one of the top admissions experts on the Inspira team. After completing his combined MD and MBA at the Tufts University School of Medicine, he continued on to attend a residency program at Weill Cornell, where he held the position of Chief Resident in anesthesiology.
From reviewing applications to interviewing candidates (undergraduate and graduate) at both Tufts and Columbia, Rohan has a great deal of experience in academic consulting. Additionally, he spent time as an appointed voting member of the admissions committee at Tufts, where he adjudicated on numerous student applications. Today, Rohan works as a private admissions consultant for Inspira and has been with us for over three years. He has helped dozens of students from all backgrounds get into their dream schools, including UPenn, Hopkins, Columbia, and Stanford.
Rohan is a natural communicator. Before attending medical school, Rohan worked as a media producer which has become useful to his current position. While at Columbia, he was also president of the Columbia University debate team, meaning he has ten years of combined experience in persuasive writing, interviewing, and strategic positioning.
