Arush Chandna is the Co-Founder of Inspira Advantage and a nationally recognized expert on medical school admissions, test preparation, and graduate school admissions. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Arush has 12+ years of experience in higher education admissions, and his expertise has been featured in numerous media outlets, including Forbes, The Dartmouth, Boston University’s The Daily Free Press, The Dallas Express, and The Stanford Daily. His writing and research explore trends in admissions, student decision-making, and the evolving role of technology in education.
For over six years, Arush and his team at Inspira Advantage have helped more than 10,000 applicants gain admission to medical, residency, dental, PA, and vet school. Arush oversees and works with a growing network of over 400 physicians, former admissions officers, former healthcare program directors, and 99th-percentile-scoring tutors to support applicants at every point in the admissions cycle, from selecting target programs to acing interviews.
Prior to founding Inspira Advantage, Arush worked in higher education strategy at EAB (formerly The Advisory Board Company), a nationally recognized higher education research and technology advisory firm. Through working closely with higher education leaders and admissions & enrollment departments, he developed a deep understanding of how colleges and graduate programs make data-informed admissions and enrollment decisions. Today, his goal is to share his insider knowledge with every student who enrolls at Inspira Advantage to help them gain admission to their dream graduate healthcare program.
Arush’s insider admissions perspective now informs how he helps applicants navigate increasingly competitive admissions environments. He now brings that perspective to Inspira Advantage, helping students approach admissions with a clearer understanding of how graduate programs define an applicant’s fit, evaluate competitiveness, and build incoming classes.
