Dr. Wu completed an accelerated BS/MD and MBA program—he graduated summa cum laude with a BS from Union College, an MBA from Clarkson University, and an MD from Albany Medical College through the Leadership in Medicine program. He served as an Accelerated Program Ranking Committee Member at Albany Medical College and an application reviewer for his anesthesiology and pain medicine residency program at the University of Washington.

Dr. Hasani is an internal medicine resident at Cooper University Health Care. He earned an MD from Eastern Virginia Medical School with research distinction and multiple institutional scholarships, completed an MS in physiology and biophysics at Georgetown University, and holds a BS in biology from George Mason University. Dr. Hasani has over 10 years of coaching experience, including serving as an applicant interviewer at Eastern Virginia Medical School, where he evaluated 100+ applicants.

Dr. Amita is a board-certified general pediatrician who graduated from the Howard University BS/MD program. She served as an admissions reviewer for the Howard University College of Medicine before completing a pediatrics residency at the University of Pittsburgh Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh. She has worked in the oncology/BMT unit at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, the pediatric emergency room at Howard County General Hospital in Columbia, Maryland, and at a pediatric urgent care in Fairfax, Virginia.

Dr. Nwankwo has over a decade of coaching and mentorship experience, having supported several pre-med students through their academic journeys. She has advised students on research projects, application strategies, interview preparation, and school selection. Students she has worked with have gained admission to some of the nation's top medical schools, including NYU, UCSF, Stanford, Harvard, UPenn, Duke, Northwestern, UChicago, Emory, and WUSTL.

Dr. Grugan is a board-certified emergency medicine physician who completed a degree in biopsychology at Pennsylvania State University and earned an MD from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University. He then went on to complete his emergency medicine residency at the renowned Cook County Hospital in Chicago, where he trained in one of the nation’s busiest and most challenging clinical environments.

Dr. Gebregziabher graduated from the Stanford School of Medicine, where he worked in diversity recruitment efforts, and is an internal medicine resident at the University of Chicago. He brings eight years of mentorship experience to his role, helping undergraduate and BS/MD applicants gain acceptance to top-tier schools, including Harvard Medical School, Stanford Medical School, and the UCLA School of Medicine.

Dr. Abramowitz brings a decade of experience mentoring pre-med and medical students through test prep, academic advising, and application support. He earned his BA through the highly selective BA/MD program at Brooklyn College and graduated with an MD from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He served on his medical school admissions committee as an application reviewer and interviewer.

Dr. Nwankwo is a dermatology resident physician at New York University who graduated from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Medicine’s (UMKC) accelerated six-year BA/MD program. She served as a UMKC School of Medicine admissions interviewer and mentor through organizations such as Students in Training, in Academia, Health and Research, and the Dream Big Initiative, which she co-founded.

Before earning a DO from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Flatley completed a BS in business administration and an MBA with a concentration in financial management from Marist University, graduating cum laude. He now serves as a physical medicine & rehabilitation resident at the University of Central Florida/HCA Lake Monroe, where he serves as a decision-maker and interviewer, evaluating 450+ applications and interviewing 100+ candidates.

Dr. Shi earned an MD, PhD, MBA, and Master of Occupational Health from the University of Utah. She is board-certified in occupational and preventive medicine and currently serves as a Medical Epidemiologist at the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention within the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health. Dr. Shi has 10 years of coaching and admissions committee experience, including serving as an interviewer for the University of Utah School of Medicine and the CDC’s Epidemic Intelligence Service Fellowship.

Dr. Khan earned an MD from Ross University School of Medicine and is the Associate Director of the Sports Medicine Fellowship at Long Beach Memorial Hospital. She completed her family medicine residency at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School before advancing to a competitive fellowship in primary care sports medicine at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine, where she trained in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of musculoskeletal injuries in athletes and active individuals.

Dr. Chang is a gynecologic oncology fellow at the University of California, San Francisco, where she cares for patients with female reproductive system cancers. She graduated with an MD from Yale School of Medicine, where she also completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Chang served on the Yale New Haven Hospital OB/GYN residency admissions committee and received multiple teaching awards, including the prestigious Meehan-Miller Award for Academic Excellence.

Dr. Luoma-Overstreet is a BS/MD admissions expert and an OB/GYN resident at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Fresno. She graduated in the top 10% of her class with an MD from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, where she was the Vice President of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. Dr. Luoma-Overstreet has served as an interviewer and application reviewer at the VCU School of Medicine and as an interviewer at UCSF Fresno.

Dr. Kamath earned an MD from Northeast Ohio Medical University through a combined BS/MD program. She has over 20 years of mentorship experience, including four years of direct admissions experience as a former admissions committee member at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) David Geffen School of Medicine and Residency/Fellowship Selection Committee, where she evaluated and interviewed potential medical students and residents.

Dr. Tang is a psychiatry resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL. He earned an MD from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University after completing the highly selective Washington & Jefferson College/Temple University BA/MD program, where he graduated summa cum laude in neuroscience. During his training, he distinguished himself as a researcher, student leader, and admissions committee member with first-hand insight into the BA/MD selection process.

Dr. Ghuman is Breast Imaging Chief Fellow at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. She attended the six-year BS/MD program at Howard University College of Medicine, graduating number 1 in her medical school class. Dr. Ghuman served on the Howard College of Medicine admissions committee as an application reviewer, later serving as an application reviewer and interviewer for the Johns Hopkins Diagnostic Radiology Residency program, where she completed her residency training.

Dr. Gruszczynski is an otolaryngologist–head and neck surgeon at South Florida ENT Associates. He began his medical education journey at Yeshiva University, graduating summa cum laude with a degree in biology and religious studies. Dr. Gruszczynski earned an MD from the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine on a full scholarship, then completed his residency in otolaryngology at the University of Virginia, where he served on his residency’s acceptance committee as Chief Resident Interviewer.

Dr. Patel is a BS/MD graduate of Drexel University and Drexel University College of Medicine. She completed an OB/GYN residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB) and is certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr, Patel has 16 years of admissions and mentorship experience, including four years as a UTMB Admissions Committee and Executive Admissions Committee member, where she reviewed 500+ applications and interviewed 100+ candidates.

Dr. Irani is an OB/GYN resident and MD/MPH graduate from the University of Michigan Medical School and School of Public Health. She has over three years of direct admissions committee experience as an interviewer at the University of Michigan Medical School. She excels at BS/MD coaching and has helped students get into medical schools at UT Southwestern, Georgetown University, and Texas Tech, among many others.

Dr. Shah is an internal medicine resident physician at the University of Colorado, where he has also accepted a junior partnership position in hospital medicine following his training. Before attending Albany Medical College, he completed the nationally recognized Leadership in Medicine combined BS/MD/MBA program, gaining early exposure to medical education and healthcare systems. Dr. Shah has admissions experience as an interviewer for Albany Medical College and admissions panelist for the Leadership in Medicine Program.

Dr. Mohanty is an orthopedic surgery resident at Mass General Brigham through the Harvard Combined Orthopedic Residency Program. A BS/MD graduate, he earned an MD from the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, where he served as an admissions committee member for three years, reviewing and interviewing applicants. He was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and Alpha Omega Alpha in recognition of scholarship, leadership, and compassionate patient care.

Dr. Broussard is a board-certified anesthesiologist who was accepted into the University of Houston/Baylor College of Medicine BS/MD program while still in high school. She earned a BS in biology with a minor in chemistry from the University of Houston before graduating with an MD from the Baylor College of Medicine. She served as a voting member on the Baylor School of Medicine’s admission committee, evaluating over 1,000+ applications over four years.

Dr. Reddy completed a highly selective seven-year accelerated BS/MD program on a four-year merit-based scholarship from Augusta University and the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta, where he served as an admissions interviewer and counselor. Following medical school, Dr. Reddy trained as a neurosurgery resident at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, one of the nation’s premier academic neurosurgery programs, and served on their admissions committee as an interviewer as well.

Dr. Caruso graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University before earning an MD from the Medical College of Georgia. He then matched into an anesthesiology residency program at the Advocate Masonic Medical Center. Dr. Caruso has served as an MMI interviewer for the Medical College of Georgia and a Program Evaluation Committee (PEC) member for his anesthesiology residency program, giving him insight into what distinguishes successful applicants across training levels.
