Dr. Parisa Samimi

After graduating from medical school at the University of Massachusetts, she moved to Los Angeles for her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. During her residency, she developed a deep interest in complex vaginal surgery and pelvic floor disorders. She pursued a three-year fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, known for its dual-specialty training in both Urology and Obstetrics and Gynecology. 

Throughout her career, Dr. Samimi has demonstrated a strong commitment to research and quality improvement. Over the past decade, she has authored multiple publications focused on quality improvement and peri-operative care, contributing to the advancement of her specialty and patient care.

In addition to her clinical and research achievements, Dr. Samimi has extensive experience working with medical students and junior physicians.
