The number of clients each member of our residency team works with depends on their role and other commitments within our organization. For example, a Graduate Coach’s role is much different from a Writing Expert’s. Some team members may also assist with other projects within our firm, such as researching dental residency programs and writing insightful guides.

Some of our Coaches may work with a few applicants applying to numerous dental residency programs, whereas others may work with more applicants applying to fewer programs.
