Before attending Meharry Medical College, Dr. Chestleigh also earned a Master’s degree in education policy and leadership studies from the University of Iowa. He helped launch and implement the Summer Health Professions Education Program (SHPEP) at the University of Iowa, where he facilitated meaningful connections between pre-dental students and dental school representatives to enhance students’ understanding of the admissions process. Currently, he serves as a general dentist at McGonigle Dental Associates. 

As a dental admissions coach, Dr. Chestleigh brings firsthand knowledge of what it takes to stand out in competitive applicant pools. His approach is rooted in accessibility and empowerment—helping students from diverse backgrounds articulate their personal motivations and unique strengths throughout every stage of the admissions process.

Dr. Chestleigh’s professional experience as a practicing general dentist, combined with his background in admissions and educational leadership, enables him to provide tailored, realistic, and strategic guidance to aspiring dental professionals. He is passionate about mentoring the next generation of dentists and helping them gain access to fulfilling careers in dentistry.

As a counselor, Dr. Hooks brings years of admissions committee experience at Creighton University School of Medicine, where she evaluated hundreds of applications and interviewed 100+ candidates in both medical school and residency admissions. Her guidance has helped students earn acceptances at top institutions such as Harvard, Yale, Duke, Northwestern, USC, the University of Chicago, Emory, and multiple University of California campuses.

Dr. Hooks’ career reflects a passion for both medicine and entrepreneurship. She has practiced as a hospitalist, founded a private practice specializing in medical weight loss and aesthetics, and now serves as Medical Director of the Inpatient Division at Centene Corporation. Her leadership extends beyond clinical work, through her work as a mentor at Pinnacle Business Academy, providing professional development for physicians and medical trainees alike. She is also the CEO of Phoenix Med Health PLLC. 

Recognized for her dedication to student success, Dr. Hooks is committed to empowering future physicians to navigate the challenges of admissions with confidence. She takes pride in offering personalized coaching that helps students highlight their unique strengths and achieve their long-term goals, whether they’re applying to medical school or residency programs.

During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Crocker developed a deep commitment to education and mentorship through her involvement with the Partnerships in Environmental Education and Rural Health (PEER) program, where she created engaging STEM curricula for rural and underrepresented students across Texas. Dr. Crocker also worked as a lab research assistant studying the effects of cardiac medications with swine. During her time as an undergraduate, she was a member of Kappa Delta Sorority, serving as academic excellence chairman. She also was an avid member of the Texas A&M Polo Club helping to care for and regularly exercise the team horses, then participating in club chuckers for fun in her free time. During school breaks, Dr. Crocker worked as a veterinary technician in a small animal clinic in the suburbs of Dallas, Texas. 

Dr. Crocker obtained her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Texas A&M University, College of Veterinary Medicine. There, Beverly tracked for a career in small animal medicine. She held the position of Girl Scouts Coordinator for the annual Texas A&M Veterinary School Open House. She also served as the veterinary school delegate for the graduate student council. Beverly was also an active member of the Veterinary Business Management Association (VBMA).

Dr. Crocker entered her career as a veterinarian at a growing, full-service, small animal hospital in Houston, Texas. She was lucky and immediately found her home helping to grow the three-doctor practice to now six full-time veterinarians. In addition to her responsibilities in the clinic, Beverly loves to give back to her community and serves as a member and Secretary of the Texas Veterinary Medical Foundation (TVMF) Board of Trustees.

Throughout her time in the industry, Beverly has worked in every position from kennel assistant to technician to practicing veterinarian. In all these roles she has had a strong passion for teaching and mentorship. Beverly is excited to help Inspira Advantage students create a strong, personalized application that will lead them one step closer to a fulfilling career in veterinary medicine.

Dr. Hasjim has been awarded the Gold Humanism Honor Society Award and the Golden Scalpel – Resident Teacher of the Year Award, honors given by medical students. Dr. Hasjim is excited to demystify the medical and residency admissions process and work with applicants from many walks of life. 

Dr. Hasjim attended college and medical school at UC Irvine and earned a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation from Northwestern University. Throughout his own journey through medicine, he realized that navigating through a career path in medicine can be complex, and he is passionate about making the medical school admissions process as transparent as possible. His dedication and outstanding performance earned him prestigious accolades such as the Excellence in Research Honors and the Chancellor's Award of Distinction.

During his undergraduate years at UC Irvine, Bima developed a proven track record of academic productivity and service to the community. For his work in research, community service, and academic achievements, he was awarded Excellence in Research Honors and the Chancellor’s Award of Distinction—given to only 28 undergraduate students out of 8,600+ students in the graduating class. When Bima matriculated into medical school at UC Irvine, he found his calling in surgery and was awarded the Dr. J. Gordon Hatfield Department of Surgery Award and the Vincent P. Carroll, Jr. Award for Outstanding Research upon graduation.

With a diverse range of academic interests and a deep commitment to teaching and mentoring, Dr. Hasjim's ability to guide applicants in articulating their passion for healthcare and personal stories is one of his greatest strengths. His passion for helping students achieve their dream schools can help anyone who feels stuck or needs extra guidance.

Dr. Hasjim is enthusiastic about clarifying the intricacies of residency admissions and assisting applicants from various backgrounds in crafting compelling applications that showcase their qualities and experiences. His goal-oriented and process-focused mindset ensures that students prioritize both measurable outcomes and continuous growth. Combining analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, he tailors innovative strategies to each applicant. With a patient and efficient approach, he ensures students fully understand each step while making the most of their time. Overall, Dr. Hasjim’s dedication to mentorship and his understanding of the challenges faced by applicants make him an invaluable asset to those pursuing a career in medicine.

After medical school, Dr. Abramowitz completed his internal medicine residency at SUNY Downstate and is now pursuing a gastroenterology fellowship at Kings County Hospital. In addition to his clinical training, Dr. Abramowitz has a strong research background. He has authored multiple first-author publications and presented at numerous national conferences, contributing to the fields of internal medicine and gastroenterology.

Having served as both an interviewer and application reviewer for SUNY Downstate’s admissions committee, Dr. Abramowitz knows what programs are really looking for. Students he has coached have been accepted to medical programs at SUNY Downstate, New York Medical College, Touro University, and Hofstra University. As a mentor, Dr. Abramowitz brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to each applicant’s story, helping students identify their strengths, address weaknesses, and submit competitive, authentic applications.

Dr. Kiser was born at Tachikawa Air Force Base in Japan into a career Army family. Dr. Kiser earned a BS in biology from Abilene Christian University and an MD from the University of South Florida College of Medicine as a Health Professions Scholar. His academic journey continued with a Master of Arts in social science from Pacific Lutheran University, a Master of Strategic Studies from the Air War College, an MBA from Western Governors University, a Master of Theology from Campbellsville University, and a Master of Science in bioethics from Creighton University.

After graduating from medical school, Dr. Kiser completed an internal medicine internship at the Naval Medical Center in Oakland, California, and a family medicine residency at the Naval Medical Center in Charleston, South Carolina. Dr. Kiser also completed a fellowship in academics and faculty development at the Madigan Army Medical Center. 

Dr. Kiser devoted over 30 years of distinguished service to the United States Navy, retiring as a rear admiral. His career spanned a wide array of roles: staff physician both at sea and ashore, faculty member at multiple teaching hospitals, Director of Residency Training at the Navy’s largest family medicine program, and Family Medicine Specialty Leader, overseeing a community of more than 500 physicians. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Dr. Kiser’s leadership extended to commanding roles across the globe. He served as Commanding Officer of the United States Naval Hospital Guam, surgeon for the United States Pacific Fleet, and Commander of Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia—one of the Navy’s premier academic medical centers. His final assignment was as the inaugural Commandant of the Medical Education & Training Campus at Fort Sam Houston, where he successfully unified diverse service cultures and training programs to elevate the standard of enlisted medical education across all uniformed services.

Dr. Kiser has served on the faculty of the University of the Incarnate Word for over 13 years, holding the rank of Professor in the School of Osteopathic Medicine. His previous academic appointments include the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences, Texas A&M University, and the University of Washington. He has lectured and published widely—nationally and internationally—on topics such as professional development, ethos and ethics, medical humanities, humanitarian disaster response, evidence-based healthcare, and change management. He is also an American Academy of Family Physicians Fellow.

A passionate mentor and coach, Dr. Kiser has guided hundreds of individuals throughout his career. He is deeply committed to cultivating leadership and creating space for emerging leaders to thrive. Students he has coached have been accepted to medical programs at the University of the Incarnate Word, Texas A&M University, and other UT and osteopathic medical schools.

As a long-standing member of several medical school admissions committees—and current Chair at UIW—Dr. Kiser champions the idea that the most meaningful matches occur when an applicant’s “why” aligns with that of the medical school, fostering mutual growth and transformation. His dedication to student success earned him election into the Gold Humanism Honor Society and numerous teaching and mentorship awards.

Dr. Mabe's impressive academic achievements and commitment to helping aspiring medical students are evident through his educational background and mentoring experiences. Growing up in the mountains of northwestern North Carolina, he attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he earned a BS in biology with a minor in chemistry, graduating summa cum laude and with membership in Phi Kappa Phi.

Having completed his medical education at the UNC School of Medicine as a FIRST Scholar in just three years, Dr. Mabe is familiar with the challenges and opportunities faced by aspiring medical students. His experiences as a peer tutor and teaching assistant further add to his ability to guide students through the admissions process and help them achieve their dreams of becoming physicians.

Dr. Mabe has worked with many premedical students in varying capacities on their journey to medical school. He founded the Pre-Student Osteopathic Medical Association at UNC Charlotte and mentored pre-medical students at UNC Chapel Hill as a medical student. These experiences allowed him to "share the wealth" when it comes to schedule advising, personal statement writing, and interview preparation.

As an admissions consultant, Dr. Mabe excels in early candidacy building for pre-med students, end-to-end admissions counseling, and interview preparation. Additionally, he is skilled at empathizing with students and providing tailored guidance based on their individual needs and goals.

At Hampton University, Dr. Wallace managed the National Science Foundation--funded NanoHU program, leading initiatives that expanded STEM access for underrepresented groups and helped develop the university’s first nanoscience program. As National President of the Student National Dental Association (SNDA) at Tufts, Dr. Wallace represented more than 1,300 dental students across the country and championed programs that strengthened community, confidence, and access. Naturally gravitating toward leadership, service, and teaching, Dr. Wallace took great care and responsibility in helping select the next generation of dental professionals as a member of the Tufts University School of Dental Medicine admissions committee. 

Clinically, Dr. Wallace practices comprehensive general dentistry in Cincinnati, integrating advanced digital systems, including Overjet AI, CEREC, Dandy, and SureSmile, to deliver efficient, precise, and patient-centered care. His training also includes surgical exposure through the Implant Pathway Fellowship and experience with trauma and complex surgical cases at the UCLA–Harbor Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. This combination of surgical foundation and digital fluency equips him to understand and explain the evolving landscape of modern dentistry.

Students that Dr. Wallace has coached have been accepted to multiple prestigious dental schools, at Tufts University, the University of North Carolina, Howard University, Meharry Medical College, East Carolina University, and others. Dr. Wallace’s coaching is shaped by extensive leadership, service, and student advocacy experience, allowing him to support candidates with clarity, authenticity, and strategy across every stage of the application process. 

Dr. Laurente's journey to becoming a dentist began in her hometown of Portland, Oregon. She graduated from the University of Portland with a BS in biology, along with minors in neuroscience and chemistry. She discovered her passion for mentoring and teaching while working as a student tutor for biology and chemistry courses and as a teaching assistant in the microbiology labs. These experiences laid the foundation for her future role as a guide and mentor to aspiring dental students.

To gain hands-on experience in the dental field and confirm her career choice, Dr. Laurente worked as a receptionist in the front office and as a sterilization technician in the back office, gaining valuable information about the day-to-day operations of a dental practice. During this time, she also focused on crafting her dental school application. Dr. Laurente's dedication and thorough preparation paid off as she traveled across the country for numerous dental school interviews. Ultimately, she chose to attend Oregon Health & Sciences University, staying close to her roots in her home state. 

As a coach, Dr. Laurente excels at putting together a detailed timeline, helping students compose winning personal statements, and preparing applicants for interviews. Her greatest strengths are her communication skills and organizational abilities. She ensures that students feel fully supported, maintaining open and responsive communication tailored to their preferences. With a passion for spreadsheets, scheduling, and color-coded organization, she helps students stay on track. Above all, Dr. Laurente loves getting to know each applicant and helping them weave their unique story into a standout application.

Dr. Scranton’s academic journey began at the University of California, Davis, where she earned a BS in animal science with a minor in global disease biology. Dr. Scranton's passion for veterinary medicine and mentoring stems from her extensive involvement in various academic and professional activities. During her undergraduate years, she was actively engaged in horse genetics research and held leadership positions in student organizations, such as the Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society. 

As the President of The Wildlife Society and the Founder and President of 27 Heartbeats at UC Davis, she demonstrated her commitment to animal welfare and global veterinary care. 27 Heartbeats was founded to provide veterinary supplies to animals at these sanctuaries around the world through Loop Abroad. She also worked as a veterinary assistant at a small animal clinic throughout her undergrad, along with volunteering at a cat sanctuary. Her international experiences in Thailand and Australia further broadened her perspective on veterinary practice in diverse settings.

In vet school, Dr. Scranton was the Class President of her cohort and was President of the Specialties Club, which helps students gain more insight into specialties such as nutrition, dermatology, ophthalmology, anesthesia, and toxicology. In this role, she facilitated and organized campus events such as lunch talks and wet labs. She was also a student ambassador for Royal Canin, a science-based pet food company. Her previous role as inventory coordinator for Knights Landing One Health Clinic demonstrates her commitment to community service and providing veterinary care to underserved populations.

As a counselor, Dr. Scranton's strengths include her comprehensive understanding of the veterinary school application process and her ability to provide practical insights into the field. Her experience as a veterinary assistant at a small animal clinic, coupled with her volunteer work at a cat sanctuary, gives her real-world knowledge to share with aspiring veterinarians. 

Dr. Scranton’s experience as a tutor during her undergraduate years ignited her passion for helping others achieve their goals. Understanding the stress associated with the veterinary school application process, Dr. Scranton is eager to serve as a support system for applicants, offering guidance and encouragement. As she continues her journey in veterinary medicine, Dr. Scranton remains dedicated to supporting and inspiring future veterinary professionals, helping them navigate the path to achieving their dreams in this rewarding field.

Dr. Shah advocates for legislation to improve oral health care accessibility for all patients and breaks down barriers for underrepresented minorities who want to pursue dentistry. She mentored pre-dental students through the Bringing Smiles Dental Education Program at the NYU College of Dentistry. This program involved pre-dental students working with dental students to provide seamless dental care to children at a public school affiliated with a homeless shelter. 

During college, Dr. Shah received multiple awards, including the Delegate and Senatorial Scholarship, the Greater Baltimore Temple Scholarship, and scholarships from her middle school and community improvement association. She stayed involved on campus through Delta Epsilon Mu, the Student Health Advisory Committee, the Student Government Association Health & Wellness Committee, and other organizations. 

During her time at New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. Shah served as a subject matter tutor for the underclassmen and served as an admissions ambassador for the dental school. Additionally, she served as the trustee for her district in the American Student Dental Association (ASDA). Since graduating from dental school, she has remained active on the local, state, and national levels of the American Dental Association (ADA). She was also awarded a Health Resources and Services Administration grant for her advanced certificate in public health.

Dr. Shah’s most prized role is serving as the Give Kids a Smile Chair (GKAS) for the state of Maryland. She reinvigorated the program years ago and executes dozens of events ranging from oral health education fairs to providing free dental care for children in Maryland. For Dr. Shah, the best part of serving as GKAS Chair has been getting to work with pre-dental and dental students and seeing them grow into excellent clinicians. She enjoys being a listening ear for pre-dental and dental students, providing advice and encouragement, and acting as a resource to connect pre-dental students to research, shadowing, and volunteer opportunities.

Dr. Shah’s strength as a mentor is her ability to pinpoint what makes the applicant “click” and focus on how to highlight this to admissions committees. Dr. Shah sees her sessions as flexible, goal-guided discussions. She loves to spend time helping students understand who they are as a whole person. This starts with guiding the student in practices of reflection and then applying these lessons from life experiences to become a better dentist. She also knows how to flip the script about deficiencies in an application and how to use them to the applicant’s advantage. 

Dr. Shah is well-versed in document review not only for admissions but also for dental malpractice claims, which she reviews remotely for a dental malpractice insurance company. Dr. Shah also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Community College of Baltimore County Dental Hygiene program. She deeply understands dental school admissions processes, what programs look for when developing their incoming class, and how programs attract the best students.

Dr. Shah is dedicated to being a lifelong learner and is committed to earning her fellowship and mastership through the Academy of General Dentistry. She has learned from some of the most brilliant minds in dentistry and taken over 500 hours of continuing education courses in just five years. She also plans on returning to school to finish the remaining credits for a Master’s degree in public health.

As a dentist, Dr. Shah is dedicated to educating patients on the importance of optimizing their oral health and preventing disease. She is also known for her gentle touch and for providing painless anesthesia. Currently, she is providing mobile dentistry services to the children in the Baltimore City school system. Dr. Shah is a proud Marylander and “Baltimoron,” and loves being able to use her skills to give back to her community, primarily to children whose families are on Medicaid.

In her free time, Dr. Shah enjoys hiking in national and state parks with her friends, spending time with her parents, reviewing diverse restaurants as a Yelp Elite, and travelling with her boyfriend, who is an anesthesiology resident at Johns Hopkins Hospital. She is also an avid sports fan, rooting for the Baltimore Ravens, Baltimore Orioles, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Maryland Terrapins. 

Brian's journey began at Louisiana State University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences. As a four-year letterman of the men's basketball team, he received numerous accolades, including the prestigious LSU Athletic Department Wally Pontiff Award, given to upperclassmen who maintain the highest GPA among all student-athletes. These experiences taught him the importance of teamwork, perseverance, and overcoming adversity—valuable lessons he carries forward in his mentorship roles.

Even while pursuing his medical education, Brian found ways to further his experience as a teacher, advisor, and mentor to students outside of medicine. After graduating from LSU, he took a position teaching math at The Dunham School, where he had previously graduated as valedictorian. This opportunity allowed him to cultivate his teaching style and develop a heart for encouraging and motivating students, especially those facing difficult circumstances.

Brian's passion for advising students extended to the college admissions process. He utilized his spare time to teach at a local high school and learned from his mother, who was the college counselor there. Her wealth of knowledge, combined with Brian's own experiences, allowed him to hone his skills as a mentor, guiding students through the intricate application journey.

After graduating from the LSU Health Sciences Center New Orleans School of Medicine and completing a residency in internal medicine, Brian continued to embrace his love for teaching, encouraging, and advising medical students and residents throughout his career as a hospitalist. Eventually, he founded his own independent medical consulting LLC, further solidifying his commitment to mentorship.

Brian's approach to mentoring, advising, and teaching focuses on listening, encouraging, showing compassion, and fostering an open and honest dialogue with his students. He firmly believes that each student has their own experiences and talents, which can be highlighted optimally to foster their best chance for success. With his diverse background and unwavering dedication to student growth, Brian is well-equipped to guide students through various academic journeys, including the admissions process.

Throughout his years of intensive post-doctoral training, Dr. Sonnenberg demonstrated a commitment to excellence. He completed a General Practice Residency at Staten Island University Hospital, where he honed his skills in providing comprehensive dental care to a diverse patient population. Following this, he pursued a Pediatric Dentistry Residency at Woodhull Medical Center, further specializing in the specialized dental needs of children. During his pediatric residency, Dr. Sonnenberg researched obstructive sleep apnea in the pediatric dental population, earning second place at Woodhull Medical Center’s research symposium for his contributions.

Beyond his clinical expertise, Dr. Sonnenberg strongly advocates for mentorship within the dental profession. He recognizes that each individual possesses a set of talents and strengths, and he is committed to helping aspiring dentists identify and capitalize on these attributes. His belief in the power of mentorship as a tool for professional development drives him to assist others in achieving their goals and realizing their full potential.

As an admissions counselor, Dr. Sonnenberg excels at identifying and highlighting prospective dental students' unique qualities and strengths. He is passionate about mentoring pre-dental students and guiding graduates who aspire to specialize in pediatric dentistry, helping them navigate their careers while strengthening the profession.

Dr. Sonnenberg's multifaceted experiences, ranging from his educational achievements to his clinical practice and mentorship endeavors, have contributed to the advancement of the dental profession and fostered a sense of community and support among aspiring professionals. With his impressive background, dedication to excellence, and passion for guiding others, he is an exceptional dentist and mentor, making a lasting impact on dentistry.

Dr. Lopez completed both her undergraduate degree in biology and her veterinary training at Colorado State University. She graduated veterinary school Magna Cum Laude (class rank 2 of 129) with distinction. After graduating from veterinary school at the top of her class, she completed a 1-year rotating internship at the Equine Medical Center of Ocala. She was then accepted into a rigorous combined veterinary medicine residency and doctoral degree program at the University of Georgia. In this program, Dr. Lopez completed her Ph. D. in Comparative Biomedical Sciences, focusing on immunology while simultaneously obtaining specialty board certification in Large Animal Internal Medicine. 

Dr. Lopez then accepted a tenure-track Assistant Professor position at Midwestern University's College of Veterinary Medicine and was promoted to Associate Professor with tenure. She began working with the CDFA as the team lead for AUS's Surveys and Studies team, which aims to provide veterinarians and producers with evidence-based research to optimize antimicrobial use in food animals to mitigate the growing public health threat of antimicrobial resistance. 

 Dr. Lopez has taught or coordinated over 15 veterinary courses and clinical rotations, creating two pre-clinical electives and a 4th-year elective clinical rotation. During her tenure at MWU, she also contrived a program to help cultivate competent and confident veterinarians to enter food animal practice by enhancing veterinary student exposure to career prospects in rural food animal veterinary practice. She accomplished this by initiating a collaborative partnership with the Navajo Nation in which MWU provides veterinary care to the reservation's livestock. This program was funded by the USDA's Veterinary Services Grant Program. 

 As an Adjunct Associate Professor at MWU, Dr. Lopez conducts research to elucidate mechanisms of immune regulation to infectious diseases that impact both people and animals alike. This work is supported by a USDA Agriculture and Food Research Initiative award for over $450,000. Dr. Lopez routinely serves as a grant review panelist for these awards. Her published works can be found in various peer-reviewed scientific journals, including ImmunoHorizons (commissioned article), Journal of Visualized Experiments, Veterinary Immunology and Immunopathology, Frontiers in Immunology, Journal of Veterinary Pharmacology and Therapeutics, and Cancer Research. 

In addition to scientific publications, Dr. Lopez has routinely been invited to speak at national meetings and has given several continuing education and research presentations at conferences. She has also published on veterinary medicine topics in the journal In Practice and a book chapter in Comparative Veterinary Anatomy: Clinical Applications. 

 Dr. Lopez's merit is further highlighted by her commitment to influencing the profession and the public through her involvement in committees and outreach efforts. To inspire the future generation of scientists and diversify the veterinary-scientific workforce, Dr. Lopez established the MWU "This Is How We Roll" Committee—a program designed to expose underserved kids due to socioeconomic status, race, or ethnicity to careers in veterinary science. Dr. Lopez actively supports the veterinary profession as an executive board member of the American Association of Veterinary Immunologists (AAVI), and the American Association of Immunologists Veterinary Immunology Committee and the Public Communications Committee. She is chair of ACVIM's Specialty Medicine Awareness Committee and is an associate editor of the Veterinary Medicine and Science journal. 

 Most notably, Dr. Lopez has extensive experience providing student mentorship and guidance. In addition to providing one-on-one research mentorship and laboratory training to veterinary students, she has or is presently serving on the committee for eight Masters of Biomedical Sciences students. As a faculty advisor for countless veterinary students, Dr. Lopez's enthusiasm for mentoring students is demonstrated by her providing these students with guidance in externship selection, crafting letters of intent, and supporting students through letters of recommendation, interview preparation, and contract negotiation. Dr. Lopez has mentored students with a broad range of career interests from small and large animal general or specialty veterinary practice, public health, and industry.

As a coach, Dr. Lopez is thrilled to continue to bolster her passion for working with students. She looks forward to collaborating with students to help them achieve their dreams and join her as her colleague in the veterinary medicine profession. 

Dr. Jones’s dedication to excellence led her to undertake a small animal rotating internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York City upon graduation from Ohio State. She then completed a small animal surgical residency at Michigan State University. Currently, Dr. Jones practices as a surgeon in a private clinic, where she applies her expertise to help animals in need. In addition to her clinical work, she also serves as a preceptor for veterinary students from the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, guiding them through their educational journey and helping them develop the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in the field. Throughout her residency and current role in private practice, Dr. Jones has trained students and interns on surgery service, mentored numerous interns, and provided tutoring in anatomy during her veterinary school years. 

In addition to her clinical and mentoring work, Dr. Jones is a published researcher with notable contributions to the field of veterinary surgery. Her work on macroglossia in brachycephalic dogs and bladder exstrophy-epispadias in a female dog has been presented at several conferences both internationally and domestically, where she earned first and second-place accolades.

What sets her apart as a coach is her comprehensive understanding of the application process from multiple perspectives. With firsthand experience applying to veterinary school, navigating internship and residency matches, and evaluating applications herself, Dr. Jones brings a unique insight into crafting standout applications and addressing potential red flags

Dr. Jones' passion for leading the next generation of veterinarians is evident in her dedication to helping aspiring professionals recognize their strengths and translate them into action. Her greatest strength lies in her exceptional organizational skills, ability to stay on top of tasks, and a deep understanding of the application process.

Dr. Kitting's journey in the field of veterinary medicine began at Delaware Valley University, where she received a BS in animal science. During her time at DelVal, her exceptional academic performance and dedication to the field were recognized through numerous accolades and scholarships, both locally and nationally. Dr. Kitting demonstrated a high proficiency in animal sciences, with a particular emphasis on large-scale animal agriculture and vertically integrated industries. Ultimately, Dr. Kitting's veterinary school of choice was the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, where she received a generous recruitment scholarship.

Dr. Kitting's exceptional performance continued throughout her time at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, where her outstanding achievements were recognized through several prestigious honors and awards. This included the Commonwealth One Health scholarship, a full-tuition scholarship awarded to one individual for their tremendous potential in the School of Veterinary Medicine and the veterinary profession.

Dr. Kitting was also awarded the Swine Proficiency Award, further highlighting her expertise and dedication to the field of swine production medicine. Additionally, she was recognized as a prominent upcoming young swine professional by the American Association of Swine Veterinarians Foundation and Merck Animal Health through their well-established veterinary student scholarship program.

Before becoming the Director of Swine Health at Seaboard Foods, Dr. Kitting was a swine production veterinarian, where she had a direct influence on approximately 85,000 commercial sows and one million growing pigs. Her involvement in the field extends beyond her professional role, as she is an active member of the American Association of Swine Veterinarians and serves on the Animal Welfare Committee.

Driven by her passion for continuous learning and professional growth, Dr. Kitting has plans to pursue an MSc in Animal Welfare and Behavior from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. Furthermore, she aims to pursue board certification from the American College of Animal Welfare, further solidifying her expertise and commitment to advancing animal welfare standards in the industry.

During her undergraduate studies, Dr. Passaro acted as President of the UNC-CH Rotaract Club and was inducted into the Zeta Tau Alpha Sorority. After earning her degree, Dr. Passaro began volunteering at Carolina Tiger Rescue, a commitment she held for nearly five years while working for IBM. She was also a veterinary assistant, helping her gain fundamental knowledge and experience for vet school. 

During vet school, Dr. Passaro was a board member of NC State’s Turtle Rescue Team and was involved in the Wildlife, Avian, Aquatic, and Zoological Medicine (WAAZM) Club and Veterinary Business Management Association. She has also earned several certifications, including Fear Free Certification, AVMA Creating a Culture of Wellbeing Certificate, AVMA Preventative Healthcare Certificate, AVMA Veterinary First Responder Certificate, and the VBMA Business Certificate. 

Dr. Passaro holds an excellent acceptance track record, helping multiple candidates get into their dream schools. She has helped many students get accepted to top vet schools, including UC Davis, Colorado State University, Midwestern, Royal Veterinary College, Ohio State, Cornell, Wisconsin, Iowa State, Tufts, Auburn, and more. 

Dr. Passaro's blend of business background and veterinary education makes her an excellent mentor for pre-vet students. Her strengths as a coach include editing essays, preparing students for interviews, and inspiring the next generation of veterinarians to keep pursuing their passion for medicine. She believes research and hard work go a long way toward acceptance.

Dr. Passaro stays up-to-date on the latest trends and requirements for vet school admissions, ensuring students receive the most relevant and effective guidance. Her personal experience has taught her that the hard work and dedication required to get into vet school are worth it, and she is committed to inspiring and supporting students every step of the way. Dr. Dominy's academic journey led her to UPenn, where she pursued a major in biomedical engineering and a minor in engineering entrepreneurship. Her passion for teaching and computer science was evident through her role as a teaching assistant in the computer science department. During her time at UPenn, Dr. Dominy involved herself in various projects within the med-tech space.  She’s the co-founder and developer of a patient education app that provides information to patients about their upcoming medical procedures. Additionally, she worked at a pediatric oncology data science lab at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, leveraging large datasets to write algorithms for analyzing antibiotic resistance in solid cancer patients.

Demonstrating her entrepreneurial spirit, Dr. Dominy worked with a team on a year-long project to create a prototype strategy and go-to-market plan for an ingestible device designed to collect images of a patient's gastrointestinal tract for diagnostic purposes. Her senior thesis in biomedical engineering focused on the history of intrauterine device development and future strategies to improve the field, demonstrating her ability to critically analyze and propose innovative solutions.

During her time at ISMMS, she conducted computational clinical research, utilizing machine learning techniques to predict pediatric vs. adult cancer outcomes and employing natural language processing to understand patient perspectives on various aspects of healthcare across social media platforms. Her in-depth research has resulted in numerous first-author publications and presentations at both national and international conferences.

Dr. Dominy's innovative spirit and commitment to women's health were recognized when she and a co-founder were awarded the Women's Impact Award from the Diversity Innovation Hub at Mount Sinai for their project, 3iuD. This groundbreaking project involves the development of a 3D-printed intrauterine contraceptive device that is custom-designed and fitted to an individual's uterus using transvaginal ultrasound technology. Dr. Dominy is currently in the process of building a team and developing a prototype for this revolutionary device.

Alongside her research endeavors, Dr. Dominy dedicated her time to volunteering at Mount Sinai's multidisciplinary neuromuscular clinic, which provides integrative, multi-specialty care for cerebral palsy patients and their families. She assisted providers clinically and facilitated the distribution and administration of research surveys to patients and their families.

Dr. Dominy’s ultimate goal is to become a pediatric cardiologist who combines large-data clinical research with collaborations with device companies in the cardiology space. Her experience working in the medical school admissions office at ISMMS has provided her with what top medical schools seek in applicants. As a creative problem solver, Dr. Dominy is well-equipped to work with students from all backgrounds and experiences, helping them craft compelling applications that highlight their stories.

With a Bachelor of Science degree with Honors from the University of North Dakota, Dr. Dutt exemplifies academic excellence. As an Honors Program graduate, he was part of a community of motivated peers and engaging faculty, developing essential life skills such as critical thinking, civic engagement, and effective communication. This foundation prepared him to be a leader in his field.

After graduation from dental school, Dr. Dutt began a comprehensive Navy dental credentialing tour at the USS Osborne Dental Clinic in North Chicago, gaining expertise in various dental disciplines. Demonstrating proficiency in Prosthodontics, Oral Surgery, Endodontics, and Oral Diagnosis, he developed a versatile skill set and a commitment to excellence in patient care.

Following his time in Illinois, Dr. Dutt was assigned to the Naval Health Clinic Oak Harbor in Washington. There, he optimized dental health for thousands of warfighters, showcasing a strong dedication to process improvement. Currently on the path to opening a private practice in the Seattle metropolitan area, he brings a blend of clinical expertise and business acumen to his coaching role.

Passionate about coaching, Dr. Dutt has successfully guided students through the dental school application process, taking pride in witnessing their achievements and contributions to the dental field. His commitment to excellence, leadership skills, and hands-on experience make him an invaluable resource for candidates navigating the dental school application journey.

Dr. Mercado’s passion for mentoring and teaching began early in her academic career. As an undergraduate at MIT, she was recognized as one of 25 Burchard Scholars in her year for her outstanding achievements in the arts, humanities, social sciences, science, and engineering. Additionally, she was inducted as an MIT Class of 2009 Community Catalyst Leader for her extensive involvement in mentoring, teaching, and developing advising workshops for freshmen. 

Dr. Mercado obtained her medical degree at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. During her time in medical school, she completed a research year as an international fellow at the Keio University School of Medicine. Her research project examined the history of traditional medicine in Japan and its integration into the modern Japanese medical system. This project was partly funded by the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine Dean’s Grant and through a scholarship from the International Chamber of Innovation, Commerce & Enterprise in Japan.

As an admissions consultant, Dr. Mercado's greatest strength lies in her firsthand experience with the medical school and residency admissions process. Her insider knowledge, combined with her own success in navigating the competitive world of medical education, allows her to provide invaluable insights and guidance to her students.

Beyond her clinical and academic achievements, Dr. Mercado is a well-rounded individual with a passion for global health and the arts. She has traveled to multiple countries, including Myanmar, the Philippines, and Belize, to participate in vision screenings and to teach eye surgery and the basics of pediatric eye care as invited faculty. Additionally, she is an accomplished artist who uses her art as a medium for health literacy education and empowerment, showcasing her creativity and dedication to patient care.
